Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My wife and I stay at this location about every 6 to 8 weeks. We like the location and the facilities are Very nice. The Front desk staff especially Ms. Princess always have a warm welcome.. It’s become our go to Hotel when visiting that area on business… Only one little issue a lot of the rooms have carpet in need of cleaning or replacing.

The blinds didn’t close all the way I felt exposed a little, I just kept the lights off at night and slept
The breakfast was good, bed comfortable , room clean , friendly staff, good location by Walmart and baskin Robbin’s . I love ice cream . Nice indoors pool. All you need is a jacuzzi

Only room service every other day but no one told us that. There were no towel racks or hooks for our used towels that we are willing to use again. No lotion and bed was exceptionally hard.
It was clean, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly.

Room was very comfortable and clean. We were here for a week and had excellent service. Breakfast was great and a large variety. Front desk service was wonderful especially Mrs. Princess!! Will definitely come back.

Toilet paper was a bit rough and the pool isn't heated. (Just my preference)
We were traveling to Memphis/Graceland. Was a bit hesitant about that area so stayed a little bit out. Best decision! When we first entered the hotel it was so pretty and well decorated. The girls at the front desk were nice, receptive and helpful! The room was very nice, bed comfortable and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the Lady that worked there was so sweet!! Mrs. Princess was the best!! I wish I had all the ladies names because they were all so nice, receptive and helpful! The hotel is near a Walmart (walking distance) and so is quite a few restaurants! I hope other Best Western Plus are as nice as this because I will search them out!

Someone was making some kind of noise early one of the mornings. My wife said it sounded like a book was being dropped in the hall, repeatedly. Not really an issue concerning the hotel, but it was the only negative to an otherwise pleasant stay.
The recent reviews did not match our experience. Everything was fine and dandy. The service was efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated. The location was great with many restaurants nearby, a Walmart, and a Home Depot adjacent to the hotel. What more could a person ask for!😊

I don't know why google sent us to this location when looking up Memphis Tn, but it was ok and close to where we needed to go.
Breakfast had a good selection and the facility and room was clean. Beds were comfy. Didn't stink like our last hotel did. Felt more safe at this location then we did in St. Louis MO.

Everything ! Conveniently located to restraunts,gas stations , walmart. Ms.Princess at the front desk is an asset to this company. She's very sweet,kind and welcoming as with all the employees at this facility . The breakfast area was kept spotless and replenished. The staff here really made this a great stay ! Almost feels like being home. Clean rooms up to date.
I’ve stayed in three different hotels since I started my job about 20 mins from this location. This is my favorite place to stay. I am there every Monday through Wednesday really enjoy staying here it’s my main spot to stay.

I loved that there was coffee available in the lobby at all hours. I especially appreciated the decaf coffee in the evening. The breakfast spread was wonderful and there was plenty of space to enjoy our meal right there. I also appreciated that more paper products were available (cups, plates, etc) rather than plastic or foam. The beds were comfortable and the best selection of pillows than anyplace I stayed the previous three nights. Some of us like firmer pillows! Staff was friendly. It was a great, though short stay.

The pool is normally heated this particular stay the heat wasn't working so the water was freezing.
