Very close to downtown and awesome view of downtown buildings. Close to everything nearby. Do you need to take down those cables that disrupt the view downtown ha ha thank you wonderful staff.

The hotel was close to many downtown activities. However, there is one small area that would have made it difficult to walk from the hotel.

The room was large and comfortable. Keurig in the room along with fridge and microwave. Staff was welcoming and accommodating.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was still cool despite the heat. Breakfast was perfect! I appreciated the to go burritos or sandwiches. I would highly recommend and will stay again if I am in Houston.

Nothing about the hotel, but beware all drivers in Houston, and probably all of Texas, are completely mental and the road signs leave a lot to be desired - even Google is confused! We negotiated it safely though and once you get used to it, it's fine.

Nice hotel, beginning to show its age, A very spacious and quiet room where everything worked, including the aircon thank goodness as it was 105f one day (that's over 40c for anyone under 12)! Breakfast was really good with a variety of things to choose and was available until 09.30. Reasonably well situated with restaurants in walking distance and we felt reasonably safe, although best to Uber back for a few dollars if late.

there was a lady at the reception/front office on week nights. she is obnoxiously rude and was racist to me and friend. not s expected. the boy/gentleman on duty is very helpful but the lady should be changed

Extra sound proofing between rooms would make a difference.

There was a great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. The bed was very very comfortable and everything was very clean. Andrew at the front desk was very helpful, along with Jin and another lady on our last day. Andrew was very quick to deal with a noise issue from the room next door.

Whilst location was close to downtown, the immediate area I didn’t feel particularly safe walking. Instead felt compelled to Uber into downtown.

Breakfast was pretty good, lots of choice & variety. Room size was very good. Reception staff very helpful and obliging.

We found the breakfast tables and floor used to become dirty as the guests started having breakfast in the morning but nobody was there to clean. The hotel staff should make sure the tables and floor are kept clean and the area should be kept hygienic. The sanitizer dispenser was empty throughout our 3 day stay. If the dispenser is kept there it should be ensured it is filled and in working condition all the time.

The room had good space and was clean and tidy. The daily housekeeping was something we liked. The breakfast offered everyday was pretty good. 24/7 coffee was a plus. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. The hotel was very near to downtown that made it very convenient for us to visit the downtown area, the museum district was also around 3 miles and had direct connectivity from a nearby metro train station so the location of the hotel was very good. We would like to come again to this hotel.

This hotel was exceptional. I found absolutely no flaws. Did not skimp on towels or shampoo or soap. Room is clean. Air-conditioning worked. The people were friendly. There was enough parking. They even have a security guard every night to watch over the property.
