There wasn't anything that i didn't enjoy. We booked last minute and checked in very late but the staff was great and made everything easy for us. Room was in good condition when we arrived.

The staff was amazing. Rooms and property were clean and looked like the pics. Didn't get a chance to sample the breakfast but it smelt great. The pizza restaurant on site was very good. Several other food options located across the street.

The two things that were not great: 1) the LED indicator on the fire alarm was very bright. It lit up our entire bed the entire night, and the ceilings were high enough I couldn't reach it to cover it with even just a piece of tape, and 2) the room next to us left their tv blaring the entire night. We slept pretty good since we had a busy day, but hearing voices at 3am was a weird thing to wake up to as a laugh track went off overly loud.

The breakfast bar was the best continental style breakfast I've ever had. They had a pancake machine, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits w/ gravy, a parfait station, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, juice bar, coffee/tea station, etc. They even had someone serving the hot food, so it felt cleaner than the usual hotel breakfast where everyone is using the same serving utensils to get their food. Truly a fantastic way to start the day. The pool was heated, so it was comfortable to swim in, even if it wasn't really 'warm.' The rooms were cozy and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The blackout curtains worked pretty well. The decor was nice, and everything felt.... welcoming. It was a place that my wife and kids really enjoyed staying at. 10/10 would recommend.

I could hear stopping from the room right next to me. Almost made me want to switch rooms. Didn’t last for more than a couple hours at night so tolerable to a certain extent.

I really enjoyed the black out shades in the room. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Having a Smart TV and connecting to Netflix at night to unwind was the selling point for me and being close to Garden of the Gods & Manitou Springs was right up the street to do some hiking and site seeing. I was happy with my decision to stay here.

The ONLY issue I had was that the Wi Fi password was incorrect. The instructions in the room were not up to date and when I called the front desk, he was very helpful but the password did not work. I ended up using my mobile hotspot for my laptop.

The location and the staff were great! I liked the room and it was very clean and quiet. Nicely laid out and well maintained property. Would stay again.

Room 234 was right over the front sliding doors. The noise was loud and annoying. The breakfast was good, but the staff was not ready at 6:30. Since they don’t allow you to serve yourself on many items, we didn’t even have plates available until 6:45. Annoying when you are on a tight time schedule.

The door to a small pizza shop was very close to the main entrance to the hotel. This was confusing. Better signage would help reduce confusion.

I can’t thank the entire staff enough- front desk, pizzeria/bar, housekeeping, landscaping, etc. This property is really superb in location, price, staff friendliness, and cleanliness. The morning breakfast inclusion was a true god-send. Thank you a million times over for helping us with everything. You made a difficult trip so easy and welcoming.
