We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Room had several problems. Bathroom door squeaked and only one sink and dressing area. Noisey hallways...people yelling down halls.

When I arrived to check in I was given a room and upon letting myself in I realized that someone was already occupying the room that I was given access to. I think this is a safety/security concern. I would not be want some to accidentally be given access to my room.
The location is great, super quick Uber/taxi to the downtown Nashville area.

Hotel smelled bad in hallways, water dripping on you at entrance door, stained carpets, kitchenette I thought I was getting was only a fridge and microwave. Expensive for what we got. Didn’t feel real safe at night outside but at least there was a security guard. Uncomfortable beds.

The pool was not open and it was very hot. Breakfast said it ended at 10 on the weekends but it closed at 9. There was a lot of humidity in the room and everything felt a little damp.
The location was easy to get to where we needed to go. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Hotel was dirty. Ran out of breakfast one day 45 minutes before closing time. Housekeeping was poor in the room and even though we put out our card for cleaning it never got cleaned. The people are not friendly, don't know how to talk to their customers, and are very lazy. Tables at breakfast never get wiped but there are no cleaning clothes. Great facility which is poorly run. Young girl at front desk was too busy with her phone to help you calculate your bill for snacks.
A great facility that needs better management. Room was very good. Breakfast was also very good.

Most of these motel type places we stay with pools dont usually have the pool in operation. No exception here.
The place was clean and comfy. Its also alot cheaper than staying downtown. Stay here, get an uber to and from Broadway for a few evenings and save yourself hundreds of dollars. Its no frills and theres not anything else to do here but we knew that and it does what it says on the tin at the right price. The staff were nice and helpfull when ever we needed them, all good. We did walk five mins to Jacks BBQ in Trinity Lane, apperently the original one. Gotta say, its the best brisket and smoked turkey ive ever had :)

Bathroom was not cleaned. Had same thing every day for breakfast. Had to go to the front desk to get sheets for the sofa bed and toilet paper. Room was reserved for 3 and they only put 2 big towels in.

The downstairs lobby area was very shabby. The carpet was full of stains and the lobby furniture was very dirty. I wouldn't want to sit on it. Although our bathroom was clean, all the shower and toilet caulk needed to be replaced as there was significant mold on it (normal bathroom mold that could happen anywhere). It was unsightly but it's an easy fix to get rid of it. All in all, I think the hotel could use some renovation.
The room was very spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We slept well. The bathroom was clean and the citrus-scented toiletries were of good quality. The location off the highway is really convenient.
