United States of AmericaThe door lock wasn't aligned properly, so it was a bit difficult to fully close the door to lock it. Thankfully it feels like a safe town and area, otherwise I'd suggest all-around better security. Another odd thing was that they provide coffee and tea in the pool room each morning till 10:30am, but they only set out a small carafe of it. Lots of guests go to try out the coffee, but then it's constantly empty. This makes things difficult on staff because they have to keep leaving the office to start a new pot of coffee. Would be better if they just brew a very large pot of coffee, or provide a nicer Keurig or something. It was great to have the coffee makers in the rooms, but when the facility is featuring coffee in the pool room, you expect it to be more special than 2 small carafes.
I loved the location and beautiful scenery. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It was great to walk to the oceanfront and explore the area on foot, and I LOVED having the in-room fireplace and pool available.

United States of AmericaThe room refresh has some glaring issues. 1) Only mirror is in the bathroom and only shows from waist up. Need full length wall mirror somewhere in room. 2) Bathroom had no towel racks or a hard point/hook to hang a makeup kit. 3) No microwave. 4) No room safe.
The location is fantastic. The property refresh was nice, but some issues. Staff were friendly and attentive to specific ADA requests. Had a nice mini fridge.

United States of AmericaOur room was at the back of the complex and we could hear the cars on Hwy 1. We did not like that the couch didn't face the TV. Our friends came over from there room and it was uncomfortable for them because they couldn't see the TV to watch a movie. Also, that there was only 1 chair in the room.
The room was large, everything was very clean and refreshed. We liked having the refrigerator and the wet bar area. We liked the Starbucks coffee and that we could open the window for fresh air. The gas fireplace was nice too. The decor was also nice.

United States of AmericaThis hotel does not have a hot tub, fire pit, or breakfast like many of the other hotels nearby that are a similar price. At the time of booking we didn’t realize how chilly it gets in the evening and the pool was not warm enough to swim in. Overall loved this hotel but didn’t realize how much we’d want more amenities.
Excellent location. Clean. Beautiful updated rooms with very cozy bed and electric fireplace. We had a very nice stay here. Parking right in front of room. Quiet hotel - very peaceful. Would recommend the ocean view room.

United States of AmericaThey wouldn't provide a roll out bed, so the sleeping arrangements were not great. Our toilet backed up and it took us a while to find someone working there. We even looked through the office. Once we found someone, they fixed it quickly.

United States of AmericaI felt that the walls were thin … I could hear folks in the rooms next to me and felt unsafe when a fight broke out in the hallway. When I called the front desk I was hung up on and looked out my window to see the front desk employee was involved. I then felt more unsafe and just buckled down for the night.
The location was amazing. I liked the updated decor and the coffee cart in the morning was delightful (loved the additional option of oatmilk!)
