Location. The hotel is close to all of the attractions of Friday Harbor. Knowledgeable staff. Recommended a Saturday Farmer's Market just down the street. Suggested a decent seafood restaurant with popular menu items. Familiar with other activities we were interested in. We enjoyed the cafe and the breakfast pastries. The Cafe takes pride in the coffee drinks and the quality pastry offerings. Our family suite was spacious!

We didn't ever see the onsite café open. We didn't ever have any housekeeping services come to our room. We tried to cancel our last nights stay because of ferry reservation problems, and ended up just losing the money and left the night before.

Positives; The location was great! The quiet was nice! We loved having a suite, so nice. Parking was close to our room.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite. It was really great, with the kitchen and living room area, as well as the outdoor patio. Plenty of space in the suite. It’s very close to downtown and the stuff is very friendly.

I love the zig-zag hallway. The room was, well, roomy. The front desk helped me find something on their computer because my silly-ass cell phone screen is too small.

There was no breakfast and that was a little disappointing. The place was great otherwise and very comfortable. The building was a bit dated and was a long walk to the room at first, but this wasn't a big deal.

It is a good location and fairly priced for a same-day arrival. The facility is a bit dated, but not uncomfortable in any way. I loved the hot tub area and this was my favorite part of the place. I also liked that the rooms were very large and that there was a small balcony out back near the road so that I could easily get to my car on the street. There was good water pressure and nice and hot.

Super loud, I could hear people clearly in the hallways after I went to bed and walking in the rooms above mine. I found it hard to get to sleep. Plus the air conditioner in my room was acting up and very loud.

Love that it was in walking distance of the town. Rooms were clean and welcoming.

Our suite was not renovated. Decor and furniture reflective of early '90s. But the internet posting shows some suites that have been updated and some suites that have not. So I was not mislead. If you are looking for a very modern suite, then this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, very pleased with stay.

I received a text from Friday Harbor Suites on the morning of check-in inquiring of our arrival time. When we arrived, EARLY, our double bedroom suite was ready. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and serviceable.

Close by location to car rental/scooter rental and a grocery store. Also close by to most Friday Harbor restaurants. They also let us park our car for a 5-6 hours after we checked out.

The cost for one night was about 3x what I wanted to pay. Especially when the game room was closed, only a hot tub, no breakfast.

Hotel was a little further from the ferry terminal than expected. Also up a fairly steep hill.

More Ferry times for departure.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It would have been nice to have check-in earlier, since the Ferry reservations were packed and we had to take the 5:35am to return on Sunday morning. We made it work and had a great time anyway. Thank You for letting us check in a little early.
