Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Strong smell of lemon when I entered the room but the receptionist very kindly gave me an air freshener with a much more pleasant aroma so it didn't last long. Would have used the indoor swimming pool but the strong smell of chlorine put me off and it was too small anyway. An outdoor pool would be better.
Breakfast room very spacious with comfortable seats and a good range of foods. Bathroom very large and modern with a button to clear the mist from the mirror. Bed/pillows were very comfortable. Ample parking. Set back from the main street so no traffic noise. They have a gym there too.

Nothing to add.
The room was clean. The pool was clean. Breakfast - we stayed 2 nights, and could eat something different each morning. The possibility to add green chilli to eggs was great.

Tub shower drain was clogged but might be due to the water pressure. Water pressure was also rough.

The pool and spa area were not clean when I visited (hair, used bandaids, etc,) and our room was not made up during our two night stay. Breakfast was decent, but real eggs would have made a difference (they tasted powdered).
The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and kind. We especially liked talking with Phil while we ate our breakfast; he shared helpful ideas for our trip. Our room was comfortable and quite clean when we arrived.

We were stopping in Gallup for a night, and we had stayed in the property before. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy, and the breakfast was good.

The stairs needed to be vacuumed. Dried mud. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Only thing ... not even something you can do about it, maybe? ... the paint on the walls ... the grasshopper green, was awful! hahaha ... but, serioulsy. :/
Oh my goodness! ... the Queen bed was INCREDIBLE. I was going to strip the sheets just on the end so I could determine the brand/maker. I was in such a hurry to get to a meeting, I forgot. Would someone tell me the brand? Such a great night of sleep because of the mattress and the pillows were great, as well.

Breakfast was excellent, with so many good choices. We were there for the blizzard, with blowing winds, cold, snow, ice, closed interstate, semi trucks jack knifed & even turned/side, & vans smashed/blocking the highways. We were welcome to stay another night, & they gave good, safe alternative roads. Our room was large, clean, & comfortable.

Not enough sound proofing between rooms.
Nice staff. Breakfast good. Swimming pool was a bonus. The location is perfect, behind the Rancho hotel where u can visit, eat n enjoy a drink at the bar. Easy to find n great car park.

The pool could be opened we do pay attention to amenities and it said indoor pool but it was closed that was disappointing and the breakfast attendant on our last morning there was rude we asked for sugar free syrup and they were I don’t know if we have it. We had just used it the day before. So we knew they had it. The staff could have been like let me check and I will get back to you and then was told I could only use two creamers in my coffee I was like wow it felt very unwelcoming
It was a good breakfast enjoyed the different choices We were not aware that we had to let the front desk know we wanted our room cleaned daily and trash thrown as well. I don remember being told that at check in but the front desk was understanding and had our room cleaned thank you very much

The only problem we had with staying here was, if you are a light sleeper there is a train switch yard not to far away that does make a lot of noise.
