My card being locked due to untrained staff. Staff did not care that I was in another state and was unconcerned that due to HER negligence I was almost homeless in Las Vegas for the evening and would have lost my reservation and nowhere to go.

My card was charged 12 times and I almost had to sleep in my car on my family vacation but thankfully my Son used his card to pay for my room because my card was locked and you do not take cash. The coffee at breakfast is awesome

I cant really think of anything I didn't like. The location was a bit out of the way from our activities during the day, butthats to be expected with Henderson.

It was a clean room, comfortable, met our expectations for the duration of our stay. We didn't experience any issues while there. The breakfast was great as well.

The pool was not good and the neighbourhood had too many homeless which felt a little unsafe. I also thought the light in the room was very strong which made it harder to sleep without an eye cover.

The staff was great, they took into consideration all my requests about smell and silence. They were lovely gifting my husband a little treat bag for his birthday we were celebrating. Complimentary breakfast was simple but very tasty, 24-hour front desk, easy and fast check-in and check out. It is close from supermarkets, Costco, Walmart and restaurants like In and Out.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in. Waited 15 minutes along with other groups

The area did not appear to be the best or the cleanest of areas. Lots of homeless around.

The location is south of Las Vegas in a sort of warehouse/industrial area that is rather rough looking. Don't expect many local restaurants or taverns.

We're Senior American travelers and we stayed in a Double queen room. Very nice, fairly new hotel with all the expected amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast incuded with the room and would stay again.

There was no issue that we experienced during our stay. the parking lot got filled up pretty quickly, but we could find some spots a bit further

It's a fair choice if you're planning on visiting Las Vegas, you have a car and you're looking for a good place to stay There's shops around, it's not super far from the Las vegas city, it is clean and it does the job The breakfast was decent, as good as it gets for a breakfast in the US. We would definitely come back

The parking is limited and extends behind a car wash and convenience store so if you arrive late check in before you unload - that way you can use the side entrance rather than hoofing all your gear around to the main entrance.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We asked for a quiet room away from road. What we did not know is the building next door started up a noisy machine at about 3 am.

Minimum 15 min. drive from anything touristy. Breakfast was cheap quality, we skipped it every time Bright parking lot lights at night but black out curtains worked perfectly
