We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Needs to be updated trash can very fulll on outside and inside! Was on the 4th floor smell like old mildew in hall! Sheet Had stains and wash items

Location of the hotel exactly was iffy.
Property was close to the highway and around some restaurants. Room was clean but the bed was too soft. Shower did have amazing water pressure!

Poor staff on reception. Seemed disinterested. Had to leave a $100 cash deposit when booking in. Given back when checking out. Reported bedside lamps not working twice to same person on reception . Not fixed when we left two days later.
Clean and modern reception area. Good breakfast. Large room.

Was never notified about the requirement of $100 safety deposit that was CASH ONLY. And there’s no ATM around so unsuspecting people would have to leave the facility to acquire cash. I’ve never heard of this policy before (deposit with cash only) and this should’ve been clearly stated to prevent any inconvenience. One of the beds weren’t made up in our room, and two towels were used and on the floor in the bathroom upon arrival. Another one of the towels had stains all over it. Water pressure in the bathroom was non-existent. The worst of all, the AC didn’t work as I had the temperature set to 70 degrees but it never got below 77 degrees in the room.

The housekeeping, well 1st when they entered they only took a few towels each time not replacing them we'd have to go to desk to get as well as toiletries. They only replaced coffee 1x and only changed our pillow cases never the sheets. We had our own cleaning supplies and lysol we basically cleaned our own room. They would open our curtains which in my opinion due to people's personal items they should never do. As you can see directly in the bottom rooms. Please check your furniture ours was stained and couch had rips at base of couch where you could see cushion. The couch needs cleaned otherwise ok.
The room was big and spacious. Loved free parking. The pool looked opened but no one was ever there. Location was decent we were about 20 to 30 min from the happenings. The front desk ladies AK & Taye were awesome very friendly assisted us in every way to make our stay great. They changed us out of 1st room because the curtains were torn down, the 2nd room much better only the couch was severely stained and torn but we never used it so.. We definitely would stay again.

Dirty coffee machine, seat in room was stained, staff couldn’t keep up with breakfast and one of the staff members was rude when asked to restock an item for breakfast.
Good location, convenient parking. Has fridge and microwave.

The reception staff are amongst some of the least professional receptionists I’ve ever come across. It was a miracle to walk in and see someone standing at the desk, they were either hiding behind the back on a phone call or no where to be seen. They were also extremely unhelpful when it came to bookings via booking.com. Their response to any queries was “call booking.com” and cutting the phone, despite booking.com prompting customers to get in contact directly with the hotel for any issues.
The condition of the room was good, the Hispanic cleaner was very polite and thorough when cleaning.

The microwave didn't work the refrigerator didn't work there wasn't a remote to the TV the first attendant at the desk when I arrived was good but when I got ready to leave the last attended didn't really acknowledge me when I got to the the desk she was on her phone and it seemed like I was bothering her when I asked for something

The only negative I could say is that the water pressure for the bathroom sink was very weak. The shower and toilet were perfectly fine but the sink was very slow
Everything about the property was great. From the staff at front desk to the king suite we stayed in. The location was good for my needs

The only thing I didn’t like was probably the amount of time we had to wait when trying to check in. Also the water temperature was super cold in the shower, and the water pressure in the sink was bad too.
I liked the location compared to how close everything is to it food and shopping wise. The property is also gated, so I felt my truck was secure.

Room was not completely clean. There was food left In the fridge from the previous occupant. The fridge was not cooling properly. The shower had a few hairs before we used it the first time and there were popcorn kernels on the floor. Not DIRTY, but not completely clean.
Staff was friendly. Location was easy to access. AC was in excellent condition, cooled the room fairly quickly, the bed was comfortable. Spacious room. Newly remodeled.

The location is a little sketchy. The water in the bathroom sink was so slow. The hallway carpet is so dirty it needs some vacuuming. Hotel says bfast is from 6AM. But i waited for its already 6:15 and still not ready. I had to leave or else ill be late for work.
The room is really big and the price was not bad. Gym is good as well.

The front desk receptionist was not present at the check-in/check-out counter. During breakfast time it was a disaster. The food, plates, and utensils were scarce. Little to no running hot water in the room. The area is okay but it's a little weird that there's one way in and out. The gate doesn't work. They ran out of washcloths.
The room was clea and the lobby was clean.
