Bed pillows were too thick. Strong Smell of propane in the pool area, which seemed dangerous. We reported the smell and they said they were aware of it but didn’t say they were taking any action. Breakfast was fine but the person maintaining and cleaning kept banging things while I was having breakfast. Most staff seemed they were not happy and a bit curt. There needs to be some customer service training.

Our room was on the busy street side of HWY 101 and the traffic noise was a little loud at times.

Check in and check out went smoothly. Breakfast was adequate, but we went other places twice for a change. We never tried out the pool or hot tub.

A more gracious checkin

The check in clerk (male) was super negative. started with blaming me & irritated somehow that Booking.com had my first and last name reversed…telling me I didn’t have a reservation. Then after we figure this out as I’m standing there with my 11 year old son. I get a very stern talking to about the hotel policies. We call the cops IF… “do not party” “no guests in the pool that aren’t staying here” “don’t blame us if your car gets towed if you dont give us your plate number “. Then once he found out why I was happily in town…proceeded to tell me I should have called them directly to get the Marble weekend discount t because you guys didn’t have it/know about it. Not sure I’ve been so hammered with bad news to bad news on a check in for a fun weekend before. It wasn’t inspiring & I don’t plan to return to this hotel at all.

The hotel room itself was very clean. No complaints with the breakfast. The spa , swimming pool , fire pits , and pool table were a great touch. And the included limo service was amazing as well. The staff were all absolutely fantastic and very helpful

The hotel is quite big and breakfast area gets crowded on weekends. Everybody arrives at same time... Bed size is in between queen and twin.

we are arrived at dinner time and they offered to take us to a restaurant on a limousine... This was quite unexpected! Our family enjoyed it very much and Selina, the kind driver, gave us a short tour around the Victorian mansions and water front restaurants.

The bathroom door was dirty all up and down the edge you touch to close and open… mostly on the inside. But enjoyed the cleanliness overall :) Something else, so fun to have a limo, but the restaurant was horrid! Why put it on the Miami list of its horrid?

Somewhat noisy as it is close to the highway and the room's insulation let our neighbors above wake us up at 5 am..The property was well manicured but our room was furthest from these areas which megant we did not have a view, The price for this type of establishment was a bit too high.

Easy to find, close to everything. The staff was professional and friendly. The grounds were kept nice, but our unit was further away from the nicer views. The pool area, sitting areas, and hot tub were very appealing. Our room was updated, clean, and comfortable. It was a little noisy because it is so close to the main road (highway) and our upstairs neighbors were able to easily wake us up each morning at 5am so the rooms did not have the best insulation. The shower pressure was amazing and the beds comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and was kept well stocked.

The small bathroom counter is cluttered with coffee things, ice bucket, and drinking glasses. No place for our toiletries. Like other BW hotels where we have stayed recently, they have added comfy chairs at the small table which would be nice except that there is not enough space in the room for the chairs to face the table. These are small annoyances. We would stay here again if passing through Eureka.

We only stayed one night passing through Eureka, so we didn't use any of the facilities (like pool or spa). It is nice that those facilities are in an enclosed, central location and not "out on the street." Our room was quiet, and we had a good night's sleep. The shower was good. Breakfast was typical of BW. One funny thing at this hotel is that they offer limousine service to restaurants in the area. I wonder if that is because they are a couple blocks from a run-down looking area with a homeless shelter. I can't say if that is a pro or con, but it seems a bit silly to me. If you visit the old town area, we recommend "Living The Dream" ice cream shop which offers very special flavors served in freshly made cones.

Front desk was a little confusing, however polite. The carpets in our room were really dirty, needs more during cleaning than just wiping the sink. That needs more attention, please.

The pool area was quite good and there was enough space for our entire family to enjoy. Also, the rooms had enough space for all of us. The limousine service was a nice extra, not necessary, but the kids liked it. Breakfast was good.
