Since we needed to eat in our room because of our dog, it would have been nice to have a little table in the room

The rooms were very comfortable, the meal we had at the restaurant was excellent and the staff was exceptionally attentive. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the experience. We appreciate the little touches, like real glasses and cups in the room. This motel was as nice as some of the more expensive chains we've stayed at for more than half the price.

Closer room to the lift/elevator. Breakfast was quite good although a large Asian contingent all piled in at the same time that forced my wife and I to walk out and come back as they were quite rude and pushed in all the time.

Good size room although a long way from lift/elevator. As an aged person that was not suitable and no one to assist. I think the staff at the desk need to be vigilant of these situations.

I thought it was strange to have coffee in the room, but no condiments for the coffee. We had to leave the room to go downstairs for cream and sugar. Also, would have been nice to have some bottled water for the coffee machine.

Loved the onsite steak house which had delicious food, the lounge was also nice, and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. The manager acting as hostess and bartender was phenomenal with her great attitude and attentiveness!

Everything was clean but had to open window to air out while we ate dinner, because the pinesol or cleaner odor was very strong. Other than that no complaints.

The staff was so accommodating ! We got there early in the am and wanted to leave one of our cars there before check in and all ride together to visit the Grand Canyon. They let us do that. Restaurant and bar staff was fantastic!!! Food was fabulous!! Thank you! I booked another reservation for another family member arriving next week. We will be back! Thank you so much!!! Loved the decor, katsina figurines/dolls. Too cold to use any of the outdoor pool or jacuzzi facilities but maybe try in the spring. I love Williams!!!
