You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMain lobby had a funky smell...like someone went WAY overboard on using deodorizer or cleaning agents; very smelly. Second floor hallway not much better. Room itself had a slight odor, but fortunately not as bad. Don't eat at famous fast-food establishment directly across the street: worst service I've EVER experienced in my life! Shift manager on duty was extremely rude.
Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower very convenient. Plenty of parking in adjoining lot for RV or towed trailer...which is what I had. Decent morning breakfast...standard fare. Despite proximity to the interstate...very quiet; never heard anything. Gas station next door made getting on the road early an easy task.

United States of AmericaTowels were extremely rough. I was pleasantly surprised to see liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. Unfortunately, after I got in the shower, I discovered the soap dispenser was totally empty, leaving me in the shower with no soap. Frustrating. Also, the plug between the beds is shorting out. We first thought it was the lamp, which had a broken off switch and was unplugged. We plugged it in, and it came on; however, we did not want to plug/unplug it every time we wanted to turn it on/off. So we switched lamps with the identical one on the desk. It would not stay on. If you wiggled the plug it would flicker on for a minute. Did not call maintenance because we were already in bed when this was discovered.
The breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The HVAC system worked very well.
