Water pressure is set to low takes longer to get soap off. Shower heads need replaced Was offered no water this time girl came from setting over on the bench acted like we imposed on her we stayed there a few weeks back young girl then (different one) was very nice.We having been staying at this motel about six years now we do like how clean it is.

This is a “bare bones” motel. Better bring your own shampoo because the only(!) items in the room were one bar of soap and a small bottle of lotion. That’s it. No ice bucket, plastic glasses etc. - just the soap and lotion.

The fridge felt like it should have been colder. Had to request coffee cups and more wash rags and hand towel. The chair in the room looked dirty, ancient. I'm not a fan of carpet. These are not deal breakers for us for one night. The hot breakfast was great - seems hard to find now days.

Overall good place to stay for a night; no bugs and clean, spacious room (I do miss the 'clean and sanitize signs I used to see') Location good but follow google, it's a little hard to get to. Nice hot breakfast - it was hot eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy & biscuits, waffles. Older rooms; would be nice if some furniture were replaced (worn and dirty looking) and I am not a big fan of carpet but beds were comfortable and we asked to be put in quiet room which we were. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was good for the money and I would stay here again. Felt safe inside and out.

The mattress was too hard for my liking; The window covering was missing a hook and did not close completely; NO wash clothes in our room; the clock in the room was incorrect and could not be set, it had corroded batteries too; the blanket was turned sideways on the bed when it was made up; could not get the desk lamp to turn on; when ai reported these issues at check-out, the clerk did not even bother to write them down

The mattress' and pillows in the room were really needing an update, it was very difficult to rest because it was not comfortable unless you like sleeping on a hard bed. The pillows were a bit worn and have seen some miles or were cheap brands. With the remodel it would be nice if they could include a nice mattress and pillows.

The facility has greatly improved since my last stay due to remodeling (because flooding of the winter February storm pipe situation). The breakfast was great, but prep area is a bit small so when people are making egg plate, cooking toast, and making waffles, it is a little snug. Options were nice, but would love bacon instead of only sausage links, but I survived.

The breakfast was mediocre. Tasteless eggs and definately water based gravy. Our bed was a bit softer than usual. When we arrived our room had one towel and it appeared to have been opened and refolded different than the fresh towels we got at the desk.

The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was clean.

Room keys did not initially work on entrance door or room doors. This was quickly resolved by guest agent.

The ice machines were broken on both floors. The pool wasn’t working and they didn’t allow you to use the exercise room during the time the pool is down. There is no carpet in the hallway maybe they were doing repairs or remodeling not sure.

There was no carpet in the hallway and it stunk, my remote was taped down with an electrical tape.
