You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWhen we booked we specifically asked for rooms near each other because our son had a separate room to us..we were on the second and he was on the third…adjoining room to us was never used and it appeared several rooms on our floor were vacant during our stay..disappointing when we specifically asked There was a bus tour in and so the breakfast area was totally occupied between 7-30 and 8-30 . As we had to be in Savannah for 1pm so we could not get breakfast on the second day We were there two nights and each night workmen with pick up trucks pulling trailers parked sideways occupying 5/6 spaces which meant along with the tour bus we had to park along way from the main entrance and in an unlit part of the car park We are on a six month US tour staying now at 86 hotels along the way .. we have a small non hair shedding dog , and we totally accept paying for him …$67 for two nights was by far the most expensive of the 86 hotels
