Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing major. Could be bit more cleaner in rooms.

It's an old hotel that they have tried to keep updated, mostly successfully. The television controls are very strange, difficult to use. Beds were not as comfortable as most in other hotels. Breakfast is upstairs in an adjoining building, with no elevator to get there. They do offer delivering a breakfast to you if needed. Breakfast is served efficiently, but the food is mediocre.
Fantastic location, just across the street from Disneyland. Staff were helpful.

It isn’t a luxury hotel but we knew that when booking - it was perfect for our needs of proximity to Disneyland and was very comfortable so can’t fault it.
Probably the closest hotel to the Disneyland entrance (less than 5 minute walk to the turnstiles). Meant it was easy for us to return to our room for a rest and then go back to the park for the evening entertainment. The hot tub was great after being on your feet all day. Rooms were huge and spacious

The beds were a little hard for me. Had a tough time getting comfortable, woke up sore.
We loved how close it was to the parks. Just across the street. Property and room was clean and well maintained. Pool and jacuzzi were a nice treat after walking all day. Loved how there is an IHOP right next door.

Rooms could use some upgrades. A room safe would have been appreciated.
Perfect location fo access to Disneyland. Very good breakfast with several options. Very pleased with our stay. Loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The property was not like the picture advertised on your site, it was really old, parking was not free and it was awful hard to get in or out, the room was clean, but it was old, overall expected a modern hotel/motel for the price and I was very disappointed.

The bathroom in room 258 had a horrible smell. It did get better during our stay, but initially it was awful.
The location was amazing and the breakfast was delicious! The restaurant staff at breakfast were so kind and accommodating.

Front desk staff wasn’t all that friendly. Had already paid for the room and then later wanted to charge me again. When I said I have already paid they proceeded to argue with me that I hadn’t. Even after I showed them the charge on my credit card.
Location was great and the hot breakfast was a great way to start the day.

That the elevator is still broken for the back part of the building. We stayed in 2022 and it was not working then too. I don't like the paid parking situation either. Especially with the price increase.
Loved the breakfast and how close it was to Disneyland.

The distant to Disney land couldn’t have been better and the rooms where very nice and welcoming after a long day at Disney. The breakfast was awesome as well.

Parking spaces are tight. Bed was okay, not the most comfortable but I have had worse.
Wonderful location. Couldn't be happier with the proximity to the parks. Easy to get in and out. Breakfast was nice, standard buffet style that did the trick. I would stay again due to the proximity.
