Someone stole the copper out of the water pipes so we went a full day without water. We were unable to shower or flush toilets. Breakfast was good but wish they had better options everyday. There was construction going on that I didn't know about prior to arrival but it was very quiet and didn't bother us at all.

Customer service was exceptional, hot tub was hot and so was the pool. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, and staff was immediately on top of any issues that happened during our stay. We didn't have water for a full day due to someone stealing copper out of the pipes. Staff was on top of this issue immediately. They were very accommodating to every guest that suffered from the issue. They stayed professional and did everything they could to see that their guest were happy and taken care of. They did the best they could with the situation. Location to disneyland and convention center was great, only about a 15 min walk. They take very good care of their property it was nice to see a company that really cares about upgrades to the hotel

The water shut off late night and morning not the hotel fault something happen but water was back on by the time we got back from disneyland

I had noise of room above, the light some times failed, in the last day I had no water because a problem in the hotel water entrance, it was hard.

Localization is very good, staff has empathy, the price is attractive and the room is huge.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. There is a target nearby (by car) if you want to buy cheaper Disney items etc. The family rooms are great, kids have a separate room. Unfortunately our room was next to the reception and we heard a lot of noise from other guests using the luggage trolley etc. This hotel is great to visit Disney though! You can take the bus to get there and back for a very good price. Overall, good stay.

the spa was closed. lots of maintenance going on. and they didn't let us park pir car there for the day on checkout day. every other hotel i have stayed at did.

Staff didn’t say anything about using Disney shuttle another person staying there told me about it. Staff weren’t too sure on public transport system but happy to look it up for us. I don’t think many people use public transport in Anaheim

It’s expected to hear noise from kids. So that wasn’t too bad just really loud sometimes but that’s not the hotels fault. Housekeeper busted in the room while we were sleeping in the morning so that was alittle scary but i think he thought we weren’t there. Could use thicker sheets on the bed.

i dislike that there was only 1 trash can in the entire room and the room. we also found fake eyelash on the floor of the room which was kinda gross lol not a huge deal at all but a little yucky. also the bathroom door did not lock in our room.

I had booked this room in February and had to cancel due to a family emergency. My grandchilden's grandfather was rushed to the hospital the night before we were supposed to leave. He passed away two weeks later. I requested a refund for the $335 charge and offered to provide proof of the emergency but my request was denied.

This was a great hotel for a large family, 2 bathrooms is a huge bonus

This was my 3rd time staying and it’s definitely gone down hill. Pool towels have shrunk. Room needed an upgrade. Toilet was on an angle and the bathroom tap came off & required maintenance. Breakfast was ok. If your GF, take your own bread.

There was hair on a few towels There was hair on the clear sliding shower door. The floor was in need of a mop.

We enjoyed most of the room was clean. Comfortable beds.. The heated pool was nice, the breakfast room had plenty of food items to choose from.

The bedding is pretty bare minimum. It would be nice to have full size pillows and a regular comforter. There were only sheets and a very thin top cover. Also a channel listing for the television would have been nice.

Parking was easy and walking distance is very convenient to the convention center. It would be nice if this property had a hotel lobby bar with beer & wine service and appetizers. Also, the breakfast stops at 9:30am and it would be nice if they ran it until at least 10am like similar properties.
