Personal care items too small and poor quality. We paid far too much for room. I think up dating is needed there was a lot of scratching and wear on furniture.

Breakfast was excellent!! Our bed was comfortable but other family was not so happy. Noise level was great -Quiet area. Swimming and hot tub were excellent. Staff were helpful and nice.

Nice place. Continental breakfast had tons of options where most places only serve pastries and cereal. Hot tub was big and hot. Room was clean and comfy. Our lights didnt work when we arrived but they attended to it very swiftly.

They won’t accept visa gift card

It was a pleasant stay, I stayed with family. If you are traveling with Gift Card then they won’t accept it. So be prepared.

I grabbed the reservation in the afternoon through Booking.com (my go to app) and the included breakfast was not "announced to the staff". And I was not given a voucher upon check-in. So when I went to breakfast the next morning I was surprised to see a cost for the breakfast. Ive never booked a room without it having a breakfast. After some back and forth, I was given the voucher. BW should probably confirm what information is exchanged between them and booking apps.

More comfortable bed than the one I own. Close to the Columbia River. The outdoor patio was charming although the gnats prevented it being useful.

This is a nice accommodation option in Redmond. Positioned near shops and restaurants, it is a good location for access to the main Bend/Redmond Rd. We used the onsite gym, which consisted of two treadmills, a stat bike, and an elliptical trainer. There is also a small multi-gym. The included breakfast was actually much better than anticipated, with muffins, various cereals, a pancake maker, and some fried food options.

The carpet had many stains. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of our room but the stains are unsightly.

Very comfortable beds! Easy access from parking lot to our room via the door at the end of the building. Despite being right on Hwy 97, it was relatively quiet. AC worked beautifully in 107°weather! Pleasing decor. Great breakfast.

Found a bug in the bed. Bed uncomfortable. Room and bathroom was smaller that what was pictured when I booked the room. Walls too thin, when someone else opens the door next to ur it felt like they were trying to come into mine.

our keys stopped working before check out and first room we were given was a room someone had been smoking in. noticeably by the scent and it was a non smoking room. staff was nice and got us a different room. mattresses need replaced.

Staff really couldn’t help this but it really dampened the stay….when we arrived back at the property Saturday evening it was nearing time for the pool and hot tub to close, so my adult kids (21, 18) went to the hot tub with their 16 year old sister to hop in the hot tub for about ten minutes. The two women in room 101 entered the pool area and immediately ordered them to move out of their way in the hot tub even though there was plenty of room. They then sat right next to my son and stared at him- like right in his face. Then they proceeded to make all the kids super uncomfortable by staring at them almost suggestively. They came and reported all this to me (staff came in to clear the pool area at 10) and I went down to the pool area to observe these women who were visibly drunk arguing with the staff trying to clear the area out. Again- I know that staff can only do so much but I wouldn’t rent to those women again.

I’ve stayed here before for work and loved it, so of course I chose the Rama specifically for the facilities and being close to the fairgrounds. Staff were so nice and it’s such a nice property.
