Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWalls are a little thin. Housekeeping was very loud early in the morning, shouting to each other down the hall. Also had loud noises coming from outside, like construction noises very early in the morning.
Room was nice, spacious and clean

United States of AmericaI was awakened at about 5 a.m., and seemingly someone was trying to get in my room. The dead bolt was inoperable. I always carry my security bar, so that saved me. Also, I'm quite sure my room number was stated out to me. That is a safety hazard, itself. I did report the door issue.
I like the walk-in shower most of all. The room was clean. I liked the cabinet to hang the clothes and the amenities stored there. It was a nice change from a closet.

United States of AmericaNot their fault but I left my pillow and am super bummed because it's my favorite. I recently dyed my hair and didn't want to have the dye go on everything, so I brought my own pillow, plus it's a cooling pillow...
Everything was great! I used the gym last stay, but didn't have time during this stay. The breakfast is always so nice and the staff are so helpful.

United Kingdomi) Breakfast can get busy on the weekend so be prepared. Inevitably card board plates and plastic utensils make it feel like you're camping when you are eating your breakfast, so understand that this is a complimentary offering on a budget. Also, if you're staying for a week or more it maybe doesn't quite hold up ii) One time, after our room had been serviced, you could tell that the surface areas in the bedroom hadn't been properly cleaned as there was still remnants of breakfast and ketchup from the previous day on it. iii) There should really be two sinks in the bathroom. We were in a twin Queen which is for up to 4 people. We struggled a bit as a duo when getting ready to go out - e.g. to Old Town or the Vineyards. iv) The fact that there is only one lift in the middle of the building is tedious, especially during busy times. It also moves extremely slow! There are stair cases at the end of the corridors either side, so if you're on the top floor, and able bodied, think of using those.
We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was very well presented and always looked appetising. Usually a choice of potatoes, sausage and egg. Wide range of hot drinks and juices to choose from, including tea. You can make your own fresh waffles, which are amazing. Plenty of toppings. You can take your food to your room. Opens at 06:30 AM. Appreciated the amenities in the room (microwave, fridge, coffee/tea, safe - all of which we made use of). Shower was nice and roomy. The front Desk and Service Staff were approachable, patient, courteous and offered pragmatic solutions at all times. There's free parking on-site as well as a Pool and Gym.

DenmarkSlight noise from the road and not placed very charming, but it was in walkimg distance from the old town of Temecula, which was cool. Not much to dislike!
Very accessible hotel from the freeway. We stayed in the suite, which was wonderfully spacious and clean. Classical american decor I would say. Bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was very american as well - eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles and so on. The breakfast changed everyday which was great!

CanadaPillows were old and lumpy. They couldn’t provide feather pillows as most hotels will if you ask.
The room was large with a couch and coffee table. The bed was very comfortable. They do not provide feather pillows and pillows provided were old and lumpy. That would be my only complaint. Loved the fact there wasn’t any rugs but clean linoleum. I would recommend this hotel.

CanadaThe common areas are basic. It was nice that they provided breakfast but it was on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Selection was actually not bad, but it was a bit prefab.
The location was excellent for access to Old Town and its restaurants. The room was spacious, attractive and had good amenities. It was nice to have a sofa as well as a King size bed. Good value for money. You often pay a lot more for less.

United States of AmericaThe gym was very small and felt a bit cramped, and the included breakfast was the bare minimum - scrambled eggs, dry cereal, waffle machine (I think - I didn't use it), and some fruit. That said, there's a cafe in the same parking lot that looked nice. If I stay here again I'd likely go there for breakfast.
Check in was quick and easy, and my room was clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom had a lot of counter space, and there was a pleasant view of the surrounding foothills from my room's window. The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. The hotel is a short walk from "Old Town" Temecula, which has a wide variety of restaurants and shops. This was a great choice and I'd stay there again.
