We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Breakfast finished very promptly at 9.30 if on vacation and up late night before for an event that is quite early but only small suggestion did not impact stay too much.

ADA walk in shower needs some updating. The floor in the bathroom is like a skating rink when it gets wet. Won't be long until someone gets hurt.
Very friendly front desk. Room attendants polite. Breakfast was small but adequate. Nice coffee bar available.

POOL WAS CLOSED TO GUEST. IT APPEARED IT WAS FOR THE OWNERES AND THIERE KIDS AND FRIENDS? A SIDE DOOR ENTRANCE THE CLOSER WAS BROKEN AND THE DOOR WOULD SLAM AND WAS REALLY NOSIY.
THE HOTEL ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. THE GROUNDS WERE WELL KEPT. THE INTERIOR WAS CLEAN AND SMELLED FRESH. BREAKFAST HAD A GOOD SELECTION AND WAS HOT.

The only thing I didn't like is that it said hot tub in the room but all it was was a jet tub which I guess you can call a hot tub lol but its just a big bath tub with the norm of hot water lol
I love this room. We got a king suite and it was very large. Very clean and very comfortable in general it was great and amazing for the price!!

It was overpriced, period.
Room was clean. Glad there was breakfast. Didn't use pool. The hotel was okay. My opinion overall would be that the hotel was clean and nice, but it way overpriced.

The shower stall was tiny. The breakfast was mediocre. The pool was closed indefinitely. However there was no mention of a pool, I just assumed that there would be one. I guess that’s my fault…

From the minute we walked in the door, we felt welcome. The young lady at the desk, Mitzi, was so nice! Our room was clean, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious.

The pool was closed but I had the feeling they were doing some updating to the upper floors because there was a ton of stuff stored in the pool area.
It was safe feeling and the room was just as described on booking.com. staff were always very pleasant and it was very clean.

the pool was full and working but not available. it’s being used for storage or something.
my favorite part is breakfast the whole reason for staying here besides location. they were pretty much out of everything when we went down at 830 am

Remodeled rooms had problems. TP holders falling off the wall (room 116, 118). bathroom hardware not working (sink stopper). shower in room 116 never got hot. shower curtain rod end caps falling off. Sticky surfaces on entry door, bathroom door (even after asking for extra cleaning), on framed art, shower walls. TV in accessible room was positioned badly to watch from either bed or sofa. Remote would work only within 6 ft of TV… so, not from bed unless I sat up and stretched and not at all from sofa.
good: location, breakfast, beds, window coverings, parking great: staff, changing reservation without penalties

The hallway was a little noisy at times throughout the night.
The breakfast was blah. I was really looking forward to the pancakes as I’ve enjoyed the waffles at other Best Westerns but there was something not right about them. I don’t know if the batter was spoiled or not but the pancakes were not thoroughly cooked and tasted bitter. The beds were comfortable but the shower was tiny. I guess to make room for the jacuzzi tub.

The in-room jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of traveling as well as an exceptionally comfortable bed with several pillows so no need to fight your partner over them, lol.
