You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My partner cannot eat sausage of any kind because of the spices, so I specifically asked for bacon and scrambled eggs to be on the buffet. There were no PLAIN scrambled eggs and there was bacon only one morning. We found it extremely difficult to find ANY restaurants w/in 5 miles. The Big Boy would have saved us...

Our reservation was incorrectly conveyed to the hotel but the manager LISA was very gracious and when Booking .com would not answer our query on the incorrect dates of stay ,she over a period of time got the corrected reservation accepted by Booking and BEST WESTERN. A lot of time spent and we were extremely grateful to her.

breakfast varied from day to day, had many choices, was good for hotel free breakfast. hotel very clean, and our room on 3rd floor was very quiet at night. newer facility, so everything worked well there is still some work being done to exterior of property, but was no inconvenience.
