I didn’t like how there was blood in our room. The view outside of our room was a trailer park so that sucked. The bathroom was tiny and the tub was gross.

I liked how big the room was. The staff was nice and the breakfast was amazing.

Parking spaces could be a little wider

It was nice and clean different selection of breakfast every morning. The hotel is locked up at every entrance. The parking lot is very clean. And it’s right next to Elmer’s. The staff is so nice and friendly. It was like a home away from home

We were given water bottles, one of which, unopened, had something floating in it. We were asked to be contacted by the manager when the issue was resolved and what was in the bottle. As of date, 1 month later, we have not been contacted.

Breakfast was a typical fast microwave egg omelet, packaged chunk potatoes, and paper thin sliced bacon. Waffles were available as well.

The fact that they don't accept chime cards, however they'll allowed third-party entities book rooms with banking cards they don't accept seems kind of silly they have Partnerships with companies like booking.com and they don't inform them that they cannot accept chime banking cards or I'm sure they probably don't accept a bunch of other different banking cards. Major oversight and it's ridiculous cuz it's going to lose you a lot of business.

Nothing, i booked the room through booking.com on my chime banking card and when I came to check in they said they didn't accept chime banking cards so I wasn't able to keep the room for the night as the time card with my only way to pay seemed pretty silly and seeing as how the charge had already gone through so it was obviously cleared and paid for but that wasn't good enough for them for some weird reason.

Disorganized. Staff did not know what rooms were available or occupied and kept giving me and another guest room keys that were not opening. Room was cold. Smelled bad.

The check-in was horrible. None of the staff seemed to really know what they were doing. They did a lot of rummaging around with paperwork, running back and forth to another room and questioning out loud what they need to do. It took several minutes to check each person in and the man who checked us in was very rude to us and to the people ahead of us, it seemed mainly because he didn't know what he was doing. The other woman was excessively chatty and wasted a lot of time, even showing pictures on her phone to one couple while there was a line at the counter. There were only three guests ahead of us and we waited over a half hour for service. I have never seen anything like it at any hotel and would not stay there again.

Front desk staff was overwhelmed and struggling to be polite and efficient as they dealt with computer problems and a growing line of customers due to an influx of flight cancellation and weather. Seemed severely understaffed. Did not answer the phone. Did not have a shuttle to pick up people from the airport despite advertising that they had one. Checked me into a room that was already occupied. No wifi or Tv service. The morning shuttle to the airport was handy. For $180 a night, I was expecting better.

Location, 5 minutes to PDX, airport shuttle with kind driver, friendly staffs. Jaiden was awesome, wonderful breakfast with verity of items, clean room.. I love dry sauna but no time to use this time, just about everything was good, definitely I will stay again.

I had a room facing what must be the busiest intersection on the planet! Noise nonstop, but not the hotels fault. I would imagine a room facing the inside of the complex would be a bit more quiet.

Welcome wasn’t friendly but rude. We were rushed with check - in without explaining, they did not let my husband to use his debit card to pay because the reservation was on my name. Very humiliating. So I had to pay with my card though on the reservation there already was my husband’s card and it was accepted at the time of booking. Breakfast was a really bad surprise. I was up and went for a breakfast 15 min after opening and found out the food to be barely luke warm. There was only one selection of tea. The biscuits were stone hard and cold. Bananas were green and they served the smallest, the most tasteless apples for a fruit. Couldn’t believe it. How hard it is to have the food to be served hot and have fruit for breakfast and more selection of tea than only one.
