You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

PakistanI have paid $200 USD as a security deposit at the time of check-in. It's been over 2 months but the hotel didn't refund the amount. I'm constantly perusing the hotel management as well as the booking.com but still no result. It is so disappointing even booking.com is not helping me out in the matter to ensure the refund.
The breakfast was excellent compare to all other hotels I stayed during my stay in states. The location is also good and all the malls & stores are quite close & walkable distance.

I can't believe the room could be in that condition and no one complained previously plus a large screw was coming out of the other side of the door which was securing the door mirror. Big safety hazzard for anyone with little ones.

The wer quick to take it out of my account but I have to wait 3-5 business days to have my funds returned. If they take it out immediately, they should put it back within one business day. The other thing I didn't like was the teeny tiny pillows on the bed. Made things uncomfortable.

My honest opinion I think the heavy set gentleman thats there in the A.M is rude .Short angry answers to questions..I'm in customer service and I'd fire myself for being so angry at a patron...
