The sheets were paper thin. I could see the mattress through them The card reader was taped to the door--not secured properly.

The elevator was broken and they gave me an upper flor room. Had to walk stairs. They didn’t tell me prior to arrival.

Parking lot over full . Had to park in a back far corner. Parking was not for large trucks ,so some people in large vehicles took up more than 1 parking slot.

didn’t give a 10 because they put me in the first floor, right In front of an utility room where they were making some kind of repairs and drilling the wall at 5am on Sunday! that made us very upset because we all wake up can couldn’t go back to sleep afterwards, we chose to spend the night there so we could rest after a long trip but that did not happen.

Very convenient location for us, staff was nice and hotel was clean but didn’t appreciate someone drilling the wall and making repairs at 5am on Sunday. that was very inconsiderate.

Hotel is sandwiiched between the I-10 feeder road and backed by a truck stop and casino. There was traffic noise.

Though showing some wear, the rooms were cleand and comfortable, and the staff friendly.

I did not like getting woken up from my sleep for no reason!!

Our stay was okay except I had a rude awakening had a alarm going off at 1am.. Had to figure out where it was coming from.Called front desk.They came right a way.It was the smoke/carbon dector

Gym was so lacking. Just get a working treadmill, please. Area is super small but a safe treadmill would help.

Staff was very friendly. Location is a little dated, nothing to special. It was clean and safe.

The bath tub wasn’t safe for folks our age. Best Western breakfasts have changed since COVID. No biscuits and good white gravy on the menu.

The location was perfect for us since we were thee for The Cajun Music Festival held at the civic center.

We had no service (Wi-Fi) to be able to watch television. Told the clerk, and she could not help with the situation. This is something that should be fixed. A customer had the same experience we had with the same room but they were compensated..

The staff was very nice and friendly. Room and hotel was very clean. We had no towels, but the guy who was working got us some with no problems..

I didn’t like the fact that the ac controlled its self so it would go from 75 to 55 through out the night so we froze

The bed was a little hard and the pillows need to be bigger on the bed.

Somehow there was a rumble of a large motor of some sort that was creating a heavy vibration on the floor may have been an air filtration system for the Hotel, but it made the floor and the bed vibrate at an uncomfortable level that took place all night long. It was difficult to fall asleep because of it and that was after 13 hours of driving, and that was very annoying to put up with. for that reason, I would not recommend this Hotel to others and will stay elsewhere on my next trip to Texas and I make them often. breakfast was a no go also.

I liked the staff, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating when I asked for extra coffee for my room and was able to steer me to a good place to eat nearby. and was able to get me a room on the top floor when I asked for it.

The facilities are fine but next to the building there is a big truck parking lot. 3 big trucks parked under our window. For some reason, the engines were running through entire night. It was really a huge noise, and we couldn't sleep at all.

The hotel lobby, hallway and rooms had a musky oder like it has been closed up for a long period of time. The ceiling in the room had water stains completely across it.
