You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

We had a little bit of trouble making the key cards work but the front desk worked to get cards that worked and were very pleasant about it. This was not a big deal but it was the only thing I could come up with that was even minor trouble. Everything and everything was really wonderful.
The room itself was roomie and clean. The staff were friendly and polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. I like that it had the hot eggs and bacon. It is a great place to stay!

No accessible room available when I needed it so hard to use toilet, jacuzzi jets were crazy throwing water up really high (or im just too short lol)

Everything met our expectations, we had no issues, wonderful hotel.

Hot tub still not working after more than 2 years. Noisy upstairs neighbors first nite, then moved to 3rd floor & it was much better. Good breakfast & friendly staff.

room was rather dark - try paining in a light cream/white, with lighter/brighter carpet! only 1 easy chair - needs a second one.
good location, quite easy access to Savannah though 20+ miles away from the centre. good value for money compared with central Savannah on a weekend! great breakfast.

The lady at check in seemed put out that we interrupted her personal phone call. She was not rude, but curt.
The Breakfast was very good as usual. We stay at this property every year on our way to Florida. We have never been disappointed. The little extras are very nice.....Stay here to find out what they are

Not a lot of restaurants close by.

The bed was lopsided and I kept rolling to one side. There was no lid on the toilet and the towels were located on a rack over the toilet. The ceiling gave the room a weird vibe. Also, the overhead lighting in the room was very harsh.
Staff was helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. I liked the view out of my specific room. The dining area was cute. The bathroom was spacious.

The room we stayed in could use some updating. But it was very clean! No complaints!
Our room and bathroom were very clean! Front desk ladies were wonderful. We forgot our charger after we checked out. They found it and ran out to our car.

The bathroom was not equipped with safety grab bars in the tub shower. This needs to become a MUST for customer safety, especially for older somewhat handicapped guests.
The location of the room was convenient to our auto to take items back and forth to the parking lot. Staff was generally friendly.

We had never stayed in a Best Western and chose it based on the price and pictures. It was clean and comfortable but not if the quality/level of hotel that we usually experience at the price point.
The property was clean and specious. The breakfast had plenty of choices.
