Curtains didn't close all the way, a bit broken. Door was hard to open. Bathtub accumulated water, took a long time to drain

I was charged the $50 "incidental fee" and it has never been refunded. My mother and I stay in that suite, and left it almost as clean as it was when we got there initially. Unfortunately, it looks like they have charged me the $50 again for my overnight stay on 7-4-22. Not impressed with this, AT ALL

I did have to wait for my room until after 5 pm because the staff had not completed sanitizing my room. Poolside room was nice, but loaded with kids attending birthday parties.

Staff could not be any friendlier and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Access was easy with plenty of parking. Surrounded with shopping, food and entertainment spots.

The pool area was very busy with parties but that's expected this time of year.

The kids loved the pool. Breakfast options were good, it's great to have a hot breakfast. Rooms are always clean.

Some points of concern for me (because I travel a lot alone) was that after I checked in and was directed to Door #5, (because this was an entrance closest to my room)...people were loitering at Door #5. I felt immediatlely uncomfortable regarding my safety and wasn't sure if these people were actual guests or loitering to 'tailgate' into the building after I used my key to get in. This happened twice. I will think on this long and hard prior to making another reservation. I travel into Rochester, MN from Wisconsin to work at Mayo Clinic and it is less expensive for me to stay at a hotel vs. renting an apartment. Also, this place must be very popular because of it's indoor pools for the kids--great stuff and great fun! I watched prior to going to breakfast. With that said, breakfast seemed to fly off the counters too quickly and wasn't replenished quickly enough. I even got up earlier (on the end of DLST) and breakfast stuff was demolished! :D There are many buildings to this hotel connecting each other; so after a lengthy walk to the breakfast area only to find it 'skimpy' is disappointing.

I really liked that when I entered the room, there was a little "sign" on the bed that everything was sanitized for my safety and protection. The hallways are very well lit; the carpet in the hallway was very clean and plush. I liked that there were sofas or couches in the little hideaway nooks of the hotel so you don't have to hide in your room all the time. The bed was absolutely comfortable along with the pillows!! Excellent shower with excellent pressure!

Pool area got a little crazy with far more children then adults. Many kids piled up on the slide at one time. Wish there was more staff that just walked throught to check on this. I know staffing numbers are probably low, so we just ensured our kids were mindful of the rules.

Room was great, nice and spacious! Great value for the money. The sheets and couch were a little stained. The pool was fun for the kids, great temperature. We ate the breakfast one morning, it was slightly picked over but what was offered was good. Staff was courteous and made the stay very nice. Great location for shopping!

The quality, freshness, and assortment of the food.

The “breakfast” was an absolute joke. The milk came out in chunks, the juice was sour, there was no utensils, the tables were dirty, no fruit, I think you get the picture. I understand our country is in a crisis and good workers/supplies are short at the moment. However the poor kid working breakfast was so out of his element all he could do was apologize . Not having more milk to replace the bad one was no means his fault. After that first attempt at breakfast we didn’t try again.

We stayed on a Friday night and there parties going on at the hotel, so the place was packed! The kids enjoyed the pool, but due to the busyness, they didn't get to play as much because we arrived late to the hotel and the pool area does not open until 9 am, and we were on the road by then.

I really booked the room for the waterslide pool. The pool area was as fun as it looked in the pictures. The room was clean. The breakfast had the usual fare.

The fan in bathroom was very very loud, the towels was old and wasn't white they were stained. I bring my own towels anyway just wanted to point that out. I wasn't told what time breakfast ended got there at 9am it was over

The room was clean,beds was comfortable, I like that you couldn't hear the pool area when door was closed, the staff was very kind and accommodated my family
