Was not cleaned very well. The bath tub was too small, all the plumbing was backed up and water would take forever to drain.

The ammeties were lacking in the bathroom. The towels were like sandpaper. The walls and ceilings were paper thin - we could hear everything at all times of the night. Not the greatest night's sleep.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Free parking was a plus with easy access to the freeway and to get around SLO.

The hallways and area getting the the rooms weren’t polished and didn’t feel welcoming. Not easy access to the rooms. The breakfast needs a lot of help. The eggs didn’t taste like eggs and the sausage was really dry. For $200 a night I think they should do better than that.

The room was nice and clean, which is the most important thing.

The room was clean and it had a balcony facing the pool. Older hotel but well maintained. The staff is very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The coffee machine in the lobby has an assortment of different coffees you can make with pump syrup flavors to add, including hot chocolate. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and different everyday.

We expected that on the 2nd day of our stays, we should get the room cleanup service, but actually it didn’t happen. We were a little bit unsatisfied.

We really like the free EV charger at this hotel. Also the hotel price, location, room facilities, and continental breakfasts were very good.

The door to the rom has a large gap (bottom) and debris and bugs could get in. I shoved a towel in it every night.

The mattresses were TERRIBLE...I barely slept the 4 nights we were there. Truly, they were the worst mattresses I'd ever slept on. We had a room with 2 beds, and I tried both with no success. My family echoed the same sentiments about the beds. The mattresses were rock hard, and the pillows too soft. There was no balance of support. The only other thing that was bad but may be out of the hotel's control is the absolute infestation of bugs outside the front of the hotel on the exterior walls, the ceiling of the carport, etc. The staff said they were from the nearby lake. Truly, it was horror-movie-like. Thousands. We didn't see them anywhere else on the property, so I'm unsure why it was such an issue at the front of the hotel. We just ensured not to get close to the exterior walls when waiting for our Lyft drivers.

The hotel was able to schedule our Lyft driver for each of our excursions which helped tremendously. The heated pool/jacuzzi/fire pit is one of our best memories of this hotel. Also, the delightful attitude of the breakfast hosts each morning represented the hotel well. The breakfast was well above our expectations, and the friendly customer service provided by the breakfast hosts just made it all the better. The coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was one of my favorite things (tired mom). I loved being able to have a cappuccino each day! The property was clean, and the tv cable services had a great selection - I loved being able to watch the Dodgers game! Lastly, the front desk staff was helpful, they let us borrow a deck of cards to play in the lobby and on our last day were kind enough to hold our luggage behind the desk after check out while we went next door for lunch.

Room had dirty clothes in there when we arrived, no towels went we went to the pool, called and asked for some was told they would send some down they never came, sat around waiting for towels 2 people came after us with towels but none for us still. Beds too soft
