The heater/air conditioner was VERY loud - woke me up every time it kicked on. The pool and on-site restaurant were both closed with no advanced warning.

The indoor pool was closed, many pieces of equipment in the gym were broken or just just not working. In my room the toilet was running continuously, luckily I was able to just adjust the valve because most of the time there was no one at the front desk.

Everything was very clean, I liked that it was pet friendly. The free breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from.

Room was upgraded, but die to an error. Was told over the phone our room would be ready for early check in at 230pm. Arrive at 4pm and room wasn't ready. Staff upgraded to room into a suite, but the room next to us was blaring music until 2am and was up banging on the walls at 6am. Didn't get any rest, and the bar / pool wasn't opened. The whole point of the room was to have somewhere to sleep..

The included breakfast was great.

The hotel was difficult to find in the dark because the hotel is set back from the highway and they did not have their sign on the highway illuminated. The night check in person was incredibly disorganised and could not keep a focus on what he was doing. He also swore a lot.

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious. The hotel was nice and quiet and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of parking.

I liked how spacious the room was and the staff were very nice. I appreciate they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. Roomy closet with hangers and fridge.

The rooms are very dated Electrical outlets loose Lamps worn out Furniture. Sofa. Looks like someone took a dump on it The restaurant and bar very limited hours But the breakfast was fantastic

The fire alarm went off and we had to leave our room for 3 hours. They extended the check out time, but only by an hour. By the time we got back to our rooms, we barely had time to get ready before we left.

Great value for the money. Beautiful lobby and loved the breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago while under renovation. The lobby area looks nice. However, the rooms and carpeting on the upper levels are very outdated and old. The bathroom was clean but outdated. We experienced a fire drill during my stay, and the staff in the breakfast area were VERY rude. They were being selective as to who could enter while telling others they had to wait. Because of this experience, I would never stay at this location again. Racist may have played a part in their decision.

The swimming pool wasn’t clean. The floor of pool was green. There were bits floating. I think paint flakes of the surrounding floor. The rail by the steps into the pool was coming loose and very dangerous.

The room was stuffy and the handheld shower in the tub was leaking. It was listed as a queen sized bed, but it was a full.

The Continental breakfast is awesome. The bath chair in the bathroom was helpful.

One of the packs of sugar & milk for the complementary coffee was opened already. Maybe the customers stayed in the room before us opened and a cleaning person didn't notice.
