When we first arrived the air-conditioning was off and the room smelled stale or musty. That went away after the air-conditioning was on. The bed was extremely firm for me. Everything was really clean and kept nice though. Cleanliness is the most important thing for me. So we did rest well. The kids had no complaints.

The location was proximal to everything we wanted to do. It was clean. Breakfast was great every morning. The pool was nice with 11pm curfew, Which was great for our family. Everyone working was nice and helpful. Overall it was a great stay and wonderful time.

Well, somehow thru booking .com they booked they double booked me . When I arrive found out. No emails or nothing letting me know that I had double booked so when I irrived I found this out . Ling story short , booking .com said I needed to talk to front desk.front desk said i needed to talk to booking . Com. So i payed double for 2 nights. Never stay at best western again..

was charged $30 because they claimed that 2 towels were missing after we checked out when they made us RETURN all the towels we had used before we could even get more.

When booking my stay, the website stated the pool was heated is why I chose to stay at this location, but upon arrival was told that it was not heated,… VERY DISAPPOINTING for me due to my disabilities and hypersensitivity to cold period. I would NOT have booked this motel for a week at almost $900 knowing this and was VERY tempted to change hotels because of it. The ONLY reason I did NOT change motels was because of the weather that rolled in during my stay that prevented me from using the pool because of how cold the outside temperature dropped as well. The rooms definitely could use a good scrub down and we were also informed not to use room towels for makeup or anything that could possibly stain them or we would be charged replacement fees for them as well upon checkout. Never encountered that issue before and I’ve stayed in many motels for work and vacationing, WOW

Breakfast was continental style with hot eggs, meat and potatoes daily. Fruego’s next door was the perfect place for homemade tacos for every meal during our week long stay as well, and was recommended by the front desk receptionist, THANK YOU

The coffee pot in the room had mold growing in it. It hadn’t been checked or cleaned in months. Second, the drain plug in the tub did not work. My wife couldn’t take a bath. Third, the noise from the freeway was horrible. There was no sound attenuation in the walls or windows.

That the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the facility has no elevator. Reception personnel was rude, when checking in. The A/c didn’t properly cool room, it felt very stuffy, muggy inside room.

The air condition was full of black mold, the sitting chair was peeling badly, there was hair in the bed linens and bathroom floor, the room smelled, the bedding blanket was thin and cheap, it was just horrible. They lost power for 3 hours, it was just horrible! I had to argue about the conditions before they'd let me leave for another hotel. Embassy Suites was way better for only $15/ night more....waaaaayyy better!

When we arrived, we weren’t aware of any elevators. We are currently pregnant therefore lugging 5 heavy bags up the stairs was quite a hassle. Second, we passed by 2 roaches on our way to the room. Third, when we were going to shower, my husband noticed the tub floor to be extremely slippery, as if oil was poured all over which was dangerous for me. Lastly, we did stay a tad over the checkout time but I was personally was having trouble getting up, the front spoke to my husband then about 10 min later, a gentleman comes banging on our door and continued an argument.

The location of the hotel was perfect, the bed was a perfect size and the fact that it was an inside room hotel.

There weren't any negative experiences while we were there. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Because we had driven in for a graduation and needed to change clothes we were able to check in early. The host was so kind and helped us so much by giving us background directions to the college campus, He also helped us find a good place for lunch that was within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the room was very large. Attention to detail was evident, and the food area was clean and neat.
