Killed a few baby cockaroaches in the bathroom. Kept our clothes in the suitcases, off of the floor. Location kind of strange, sharing a parking lot with a smoke shop. Also parking lot was a bit different with the big giant hill in the middle. If tour going to update the bathroom, don't just make it cosmetic. Fix the tile and looking issues as well as the shower fixtures.

I appreciated being able to check-in early. Staff was helpful and friendly. 2 story facility without elevator. Breakfasts were okay. Not much variety in daily hot meals. Always sausage, never bacon. Usually scrambled eggs although a couple of days held omelets. Very good instant hot chocolate. Options included eggs, sausage, waffles, instant oatmeal, yogurt and dry cereals. Breakfasts officially ends at 9:00 but staff came in then to eat and take breaks.

I came back from a party and there was no parking, I asked at the reception and the lady told me to park outside and come out at 8am to move the car, I told her that I am entitled to a space here and she said yes. . but sometimes clients have 2 cars and therefore there is no space and I ended up parking my car in front of the reception, I am disabled and those spaces were occupied and one car did not have a handicap placard

Nothing! This Best Western is the worst we have ever stayed at. The staff was rude and the cleaning people were lazy. This Best Western is out of date. The tv and remote didn't work half the time. Parking was a joke, if you came back late in the evening good luck finding a place to park. Their cleaning people didn't clean the room completely. When checking out we expressed this to the lady at the desk and she told us that we had to request for our bedding to be changed when the cleaning people came in to clean. Who knows if it was changed from when the last guests checked out. Also our toilet was plugged when we went into our room on the 1st night. We just thought that they had low pressure but no it was clogged. We requested to have it checked out and the maintenance guy came in and confirmed it was clogged and he fixed the issue. Just too many things to complain about. WE WILL NEVER stay at this property AGAIN!!

I called at 9pm on June 17 to request a cancellation for my June 18 th stay. We were going for my daughters 3rd birthday to sea world and I wasn’t even going to check in till after SeaWorld which closes at 9pm .The next day I get informed that it was denied. I called the hotel and Informed my son had COVID. They said there was nothing they could do and that I would either have to take the loss of $207 dollars or come. I was blown away that with a pandemic they would even allow people to stay there knowing they had COVID. So I took the loss of $207 for the hotel along with a loss of $350 for sea world trip. Btw the manager did call me back after to see if I would be having any pets joining us during the stay!!! Just wow!
