I must say my family and I enjoyed the location very much, the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, there's much to be said about the breakfast. In a previous communication, I was advised that there would be a "full hot complimentary breakfast." Unfortunately, we did not see it that way. We have experienced "full hot breakfast" at other chain hotels, including other Best Western locations, where waffles, pancakes, sausage, ham, potatoes, eggs, bacon, etc., were served on a daily basis. That was not the case at your location. As a matter of fact, on our last day at about 8:30am, there were no more muffins and biscuits available. The reason for this, as it was explained to us by the ladies at the front desk, was simply because the weekend occupancy had been under estimated. This strikes as strange since the hotel industry relies mainly on reservations. I do understand things happen. However, since the muffins were individually wrapped, and I'm guessing the biscuits come frozen, it would not hurt much to have a few extras on hand. Also, the extra $5 per night for parking was a surprise.

The entire property was so clean and well maintained. Every single staff member we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel and the staff kept it well stocked my family are all celiacs ( gluten free ) and we had many selections to choose from and never got sick. We had a couple issues during our stay ( tv stopped working and the outdoor spa was only luke warm) but once we alerted the staff they fixed the issues immediately. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious and the television was HUGE. We were centrally located to so many attractions and eateries and across the street from the beach. If I had any negatives it would be that the bed was somewhat uncomfortable ( extremely hard ) and the pool wasn’t heated so it was unusable this time of year other than that this place was a gem !

Complimentary Brekky was perfectly adequate for our stay especially after very good, very large evening meals in the excellent restaurants only a short stroll from hotel so, location could not be beaten We were taking in TPC golf which was only 45 minutes away

We booked our room because they listed a hot tub and swimming pool. After we checked in we found out that the hot tub had a leak and they were filling up the hot tub with a garden hose so the water was cold not even warm. The room we booked was supposed to be two queens beds but felt more like two full size beds and if the two of us tried to sleep together the mattresses sagged and were not comfortable.

The location was great. One block to the sand and ocean. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Very modern and clean room facilities with pool and great location. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk from nearby restaurants. St Augustine Beach is a beautiful place to explore, and this hotel was perfectly situated.

Heater in the room was a little noisy. Bedding was a little thin, however Hanna sorted us out with an extra blanket and all was good.

Very clean, nice breakfast, staff was excellent. Especially Hanna the lady that worked the evening shift. She went out of here way to ensure we had a lovely stay.
