Our room was under a stairwell so we had guest going and coming in front of our room till around midnight. Very noisy

When we first arrived we had no hot water and the pool was closed and maintenance did not want to come open It. Once we returned from dinner reservations the staff had the hot water running and the pool open.

The rooms were nice because they were newly renovated and the staff was very accommodating. The location is wonderful near the interstate and other stores! We really enjoyed the hotel.

When booking the room it stated pool view, didn’t get a pool view room but that wouldn’t change my rating.

The property was clean, right off the highway and close to everything. Vending machines, ice machines etc are located on each floor.

A lot of men workers working on the property around the pool area. Was a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was really to small. Couldn't get dress in it. And no air in Bathroom. I had to call front desk because my mini fridge wasn't working but it was quickly replaced.

Breakfast was good. We only ate once tho. Room didn't smell even tho the place is pet friendly. Love seeing the airplanes fly over us while we were in pool. Quiet at night. Can't hear doors slamming shut. Very clean room.

The noise was very bad

The stay was okay but the noise was bad. They were working on the roof at 6:00 in the morning all day. It was very uncomfortable we couldn’t get any sleep. I wouldn’t recommend goin for the next couple weeks.

I didn’t understand why I was charged 250$ on my CC because the hotel had been recently renovated. I hope it will soon be credited back to me.

At first I thought it was abandoned because literally not a car on site. But they were remodeling the place and eventually we started seeing the cars later on that day. We just arrived early.

Breakfast is usually exceptional here. But this time they were lacking bacon, sausage or ham. Basically, there was no meat options for breakfast this time. That placed a lack luster beginning to my day and of course something I will remember since I was looking forward to their normally wonderful and exceptional breakfast. Hopefully the problem can be fixed before my next visit.

Property was exceptional and staff very professional and friendly. Easy and quick check in. Great location near many restaurants and shopping centers. Close to the airport at about a 5 to 10 minute drive.

Beds were comfortable. Pool area was amazing! Great breakfast. Fantastic coffee. Property was clean and well cared for. Easy access from interstate. Straight shot down highway to beach. Many restaurants to choose from and shopping nearby.

Room great for my stay and small chihuahua, nice clean area inside and the grounds, didn't have breakfast, due to funeral to attend, nice staff,,would be great if there were indoor swimming, but the pool area was nuce.

Loud neighborhood/airport noise? Not sure what the loud noise was but it stopped at night. Very minor carpet wear and tear but overall the room was clean and comfortable.

Front desk personnel was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc. Nice laundry facility onsite (4 washers and dryers). A good variety of hot and cold breakfast selections. I would stay here again if in the area.

Small room. Even smaller bathroom. Had to step into the shower to close the bath room door. Poor Vanity lighting. Didn't like noise from airport but planes stop flying over fairly early, about 10pm I think.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. good Wi-Fi and TV. Nicely furnished with comfortable desk chair. Very good breakfast.
