The property has seen better days but it was clean and safe. Our door lock wouldn't work with a key card and they said there were no other rooms available, so every time we came back to the room the clerk had to come upstairs and let us in with the master key. He was nice about doing it but it was inconvenient. The pool was closed. They only gave us two towels for my wife and me, one bath towel each, no hand towels, no washcloths. The breakfast was ok, there were sausages and biscuits and gravy, waffles and cereal, but no eggs. It sounds like I am complaining but really, I was happy with my stay. I had a great price and a nice, safe, comfortable room. I would definitely stay there again.

Had No WASHCLOTHS in my room, when I asked if I could get one they either was to busy or just flat out refused.. The A/C filter hadn't been cleaned in a while.. so I cleaned them...

The room had a jacuzzi tub.. wonderful..

We were there for a weekend and a note was even put on the booking for more towels and we asked a total of 10 times for towels was since Friday night and was told that they were coming and we got some late Saturday night. We had one towel one washcloth for three people.

Property was very hard to get to. And don’t follow directions on your iPhone because it won’t get you there. And I know this part isn’t the hotels fault but it was very noisy. Hard to get a good nights sleep.

Pool was drained and closed for maintenance which from my experience means closed for good. I wonder how long it's been closed. Orange juice machine was inop all 3 mornings we had breakfast.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He set out a great breakfast and had plenty of coffee. He had to come to the room and fix our bathroom door and ended up putting in a brand new doorknob . He was very fast and efficient.

I haven't received my reimbursement for the 100 dollars deposit yet. I was told it will take 48 to 72 hours after leaving the place

The room was quiet. breakfast on time and general cleanliness was ok. The staff offered assistance when requested.

Noisy there were people running up and down thr halls on the 3rd floor in the middle of the night. Both nights we stayed there and dogs barking.

It could have been cleaner. The bathtub stopper didn’t work. The breakfast was cold and there was no coffee.

Great price for the four nights. Good location, close to family. Was fairly quiet and felt safe.

It had snowed earlier in the week. Absolutely none of the parking lot had been cleared. It was awful.

My room was horrible. It was super out dated, had holes in the wall where they changed the headboard and didn’t fill the holes back, and the room smelled like mold. The towels were stained as well.

The entry way was remodeled! The bed was soft.

The room smelled like pet urine. Opened the window and turned down the heat to make it bearable.

The outside of the property was beautiful. The staff was friendly. Is a pet friendly hotel. Comfy bed.

It is a best western property, older. A little hard to find off of Dodge street and behind a lot of businesses - and there was no snow plow. Thankfully I have 4 wheel drive or I would have never made it into the lot.

Door to closet was detached (broken off?). It was left leaning against a wall. A large portion( 3 sq. feet) of the carpet was wet on first night. Reporting this to evening staff person got no response, such as moving us to a better room.

Staff was superb. Food was great. Staff person allowed us to use a table in the dining area to play a board game with guests even though door there was locked for the evening!!!
