Kitchenette had nothing. No dish ware, silverware, soap…just a bunch of empty drawers and cabinets. (Whats the point?). Two story hotel with no elevator.

Room was good sized, quiet and close to the city and highway.

The walk to and from the pool from my annex was a bit long and the towels ran out in the evening.

An excellent price for a decent room that was clean and comfortable. A perfect gateway to the Bosque national wildlife refuge. They had 3 movie channels that provided a source of entertainment after a long day of photography.

Perfect location if you are traveling from East to West. We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay.

The room and bathroom are quite small.

The room air conditioning worked great and it was quiet.The beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was right outside the room.

The bathtub had a issue with draining. Once I removed the tub plug the water emptied correctly. There was no paper tv guide for the locals channels. I managed to lose 45-90 seconds of my TV time searching. LOL.

It was a plus to have the coffee & flavored creamers available prior to 6am. My second floor request was honored & the tv and refrigerator were both working. Having a refrigerator that is working properly is important to my race trips in order to keep my fruits & coconut waters cool for race day!

In a wide spot in the road, close to the interstate, my expectations were pretty low, but the BW came through. Only two blocks away was the Jackson Ranch Steakhouse, a gem of a reasonably priced high quality food place.

Room furnishings needed care and repair. Chairs were broken and table was very wobbly. Price was high.

Very nice..my only issue is a lack of accommodations for the dogs since i paid for them. No yard, no grass...had to walk along street with lots of trash.

When I called and talked to the desk clerk about a week before arriving I told him we needed a room close to the lobby for breakfast because my wife uses a walker and that it would make it a lot easier for her. He put me on hold for a minute to make note of that. When he came back on the phone he said it was taken care of. When we checked in and went to our room , it was about as far from the lobby as you could get possibly get.

Room at the front of the motor inn got some road noise. A couple of minor maintenance issues...loose towel rack (top right mounting screw), bathroom door catching/dragging on the tile floor, commode flushing a bit weak or slow. Some signs on doors had not been updated and did not reflect the hotel's current COVID mask policy. Older or less fit travelers should be made aware there is no elevator for reaching the second floor. Lobby bathrooms were locked.
