United States of AmericaUpon inspection of room it appears it was only like half cleaned/made ready before making it available to be given to guest…bed was made, small paper/trash on floor behind sitting chair, couple dirty spots on tile as you walked in the room. Bathroom had empty toilet paper roll still on the holder and no other toilet paper in the room, no shower towels or shower curtain either. Called front desk they said they would bring some up but after almost 40 min I went down to front desk and was taken to laundry room and given clean towels and shower curtain. The toilet paper wasn’t deliver to my room until almost 4hrs after my check in

United States of AmericaFront doors always open, lots of flies in breakfast area because of the open doors. People in the pool area being noisy until 11:30 while it’s posted it closes at 9:00. No cleaning people ever visable, dirty elevator area, dirty restroom in room 307. Outlets in the room are very loose so the iron was not useable. Front desk person not visable.

United States of AmericaThe walls are thin. I could hear the neighboring rooms. When we went for breakfast, the juice dispenser was out of order, no eggs, no wheat toast. There wasn't any coffee available either. Paid $158 for a room, woke up hungry and had limited options. We decided to leave and go to Denny's instead.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was not kept up, such as cleaning of tables and refilling the food. Coffee maker had an out of order sign on the regular coffee but the decaf was working. Front desk stated it was regular coffee not decaf. But it did not take good.
Front desk lady was friendly and good. The minute I walked in there was an odor. I had to buy some Lysol for the room. To me the carpet had a bad odor.

The room was very good, clean and fresh everything we needed. Exterior very bad , trash bins not emptied for weeks, ants and flies excessive. Breakfast poor, no coffee, machine broken. Staff unavailable, didn't take care of the breakfast area. Messy, dirty.

United States of AmericaSoda machines didn't work, and there's a sign saying you can purchase from the front desk. The issue was that no one was there. There was a button to push when you needed something, but still no one came. Same for when we needed toilet paper. The restroom had ants.
Our room was close to front and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast in the AM was a plus. It was quiet.

United States of AmericaThe restroom door in the room would not close. It would only close halfway before getting stuck on the floor. On the last night of the stay a rain storm came through and water started pouring into the room from a leak in the window. Pouring is not an over exaggeration. It literally pooled on the window ledge. After notifying the hotel front desk clerk at checkout she brushed it off and stated they never had a problem before. This hotel does not deserve the 4.4 stars it has rating it.

This hotel is disgusting inside and outside. The grounds of the hotel is trash and looks very unkept with weeds and trash everywhere. The side door leading into the hotels first floor is always open and unlocked. Not saying much for security. Anyone could walk into hotel unannounced. There were hundreds of bugs, beetles, roaches, and flys littering the hallways and even in my hotel room. It was disgusting and nasty. Doesn’t really make me excited to eat breakfast or any meal at the hotel when I have beetles right underneath my table. I tried the pool but again there was so many cigarette butts scattered all around the pool deck. There were even cigarettes floating inside the pool. The entire hotel just felt and looked grossed. I expressed my complaints to the front desk and asked for a discount and they said there was nothing they could do. I feel like for this low standard of hospitality and cleanliness I am getting ripped off big time. Spending hundreds of dollars being in a place with such negligence and uncleanliness.

I got clean sheets but had to change them myself the next morning the breakfast was horrible no milk no syrup for the waffles no fruit and only 2 pieces of bread and this was at 7 am . The same guy who was there last night was there the next morning and he said everything was gone and nothing was left

You mentioned providing all the amenities coffee maker refrigerator , tv Ironing etc . To start with when we walk in the smell in the room stuff my nose and cannot sleep well. the bedsheet right at the bottom there was a stain (yellowish), I went to make some coffee the pot was not turn on and when I open the tray to replace the new coffee the old coffee was still there with mold. and dust around the coffee pot. I also requested for mug to drink coffee the front desk said come down and pick up instead I would say sorry I will bring right away. when we brought some left over dinner and open the refrigerator it was hot and water pour down to the floor. Shower drain was laying above the drain. At night I can see the light all around the door and hear people from inside. Most vital when I call the lady in the counter responded saying I have been breaking all their belongings and said You brooked the refrigerator again? She said come down n check out instead of saying sorry they want to kick me out. where I paid in full and supposed to enjoy the facility as mentioned in my booking. The next morning expected to have a regular breakfast like the other stay but orange juice was just taste like 99%water 1% juice coffee was good but then the bread toaster was nor working. the food items have nothing to choose from bread eggs cereal and biscuit. That was my first breakfast walk out in a hotel stay without breakfast. Do I need to come back to this hotel hell no I will advice there are better stay much better then that. I go to that area 3,4 times a year perhaps I will find another place instead.

United States of AmericaElevator was broken when we were there so used stairs not too big of a deal, the stairway from 3rd floor to 1st had some dead crickets/ bugs because the stairs were close to the exit door No other bugs in the hotel just in that one area so we had to make sure we didn’t run on any black crickets
