The parking. There were too many cars crammed into the car park and it was impossible to get a spot by the room so we had to drag our cases from one end to the other.

The location. It was only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. The beds were extremely comfortable. Good size room.

Pool area was great. Breakfast was great. Room a little small for us as we had 5 but adequate for our stay.

Room was a little on the small side. My main complaint is that the walls are very thin, so we could hear neighbors shower, people talking and walking, and people walking outside as well. It didn't bother us much because we were at the parks all day and when we were in the room the kids were so tired that the noise didn't wake them up

Location location location. It is a short walk to downtown Disney and the parks. We went back and forth multiple times and it was very doable. It is about 10min walk to Downtown Disney. Great breakfast options and the menu changes every day. From cereal, to french toast, to eggs, sausage, toasts, pastries, fruit, juices, waffles, pancakes, and more. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking onsite was great with plenty of parking spots. Shower was great with great water pressure, shampoo and body wash. Room had table, desk, tv, closet, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer. Very affordable! Will definitely stay there again.

The Lift broke down and we were on the 2nd Floor. Wasn’t ideal with an infant and had to carry the pram up and down the stairs when in and out. Would have been nice to be given an option to move to the ground floor but this was not offered.

Laundry closes at 9 which can be difficult to get washing washed and dried after a day at Disney. Also a little odd that the hand basin is not in the bathroom. Both very minor issues and did not affect our stay.

This place was FANTASTIC for a family of 4 doing Disneyland. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the spa/pool/garden area were amazing for relaxing in.

-parking situation...when you enter you grab a useless ticket. there was no place to scan the ticket. we tapped it on every inch of the call box just in case.To leave you had to use the call button and wait for someone at the front desk to let you out..no one explained this to us until there was a 4 car pile up and I had to run to the lobby to ask. -Noise. Walls are super thin. And we had neighbors that felt like they were in the room with us.. to top it off the door hinge naturally wants to open so when I first entered the room the door flung open into the neighbors wall. -one side of the bed has its own outlet one side has to unplug something to charge their devices closer to the bed -no fan in the bathroom made number 2s an everyone in the room problem -provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash left everything feeling dry. Glad I brought my own as well

-great location to downtown disney and a few other things in walking distance -I loved that we not only had a desk but also have a small table.amd chairs that were very useful -I appreciated having breakfast available every day. Some days were better than others -bed was comfy -if we missed the cleaning ladies we could.put.a sign on our door that requested them to.come back and they did every time

It’s starting to look rundown, especially the bathroom area and very dark inside. There is nowhere to recharge your electronics by the bedside table.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and made noises when moving around. Pillows were small, and the shower head couldn't be moved, and water pressure was low.

The air conditioning system is a little outdated and the rooms don’t really look like the picture. They are smaller and real life and there is no fan in the bathroom and a sketch window.

The carpets in the room felt dirty- but that's from guests all walking in and out with their shoes on. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of food and drinks. It was definitely great for getting the day started before Disneyland. The staff was very super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big and had everything that you needed. It was comfortable for our visit to Disneyland.
