The Indian people were RUDE. When I first arrived the (black women) receptionist was very nice and checked us in as normal. When I made it to the room the beds were filthy with hair so I asked for new sheets. The Indian women instantly got an attitude stating if anything was a problem we could get a refund and stay somewhere else. I had to keep calm and let her know a filthy room is not our fault it’s your housekeepers fault for having your hotel filthy. She proceeded to take our linen and go wash it the blankets and came back to our room to get me to come get the blankets. After that we discovered the bathroom was filthy with hair and nothing was wiped down the hotel was just filthy. NO HOT BREAKFAST. The only great thing about this hotel is it has a pool and in a great area by shopping and eatery.

Woman at the desk spoke in a rude tone when I came in, after not saying anything for a while even though I said hello to her. She then told me to sit down and wait until she was ready. The water only went into the tub, no shower. The water only got lukewarm. The bed covers were not on and the sheets continued to pull off through the night. I went to put them back on and there was blood on the mattress.

Room ac is not really working. It was kind of warm all the time even on lowest setting. The tv/cable service is so limited it’s not worth turning on. Very annoying and frustrating when you can’t watch a premium channel or nothing but infomercials. Need more towels in the bathroom.

The breakfast bar only had one kind of cereal, no milk , waffles and plain bagels that’s it . Our room never got cleaned during our stay , the only made the bed with the same sheets .Bed sheets had burn holes in them . Lamps in the room had rust all over them . The bathroom was updated but was streaky and still grimy.

Towels were stained. Rooms not made up until late afternoon. Pool was locked and had to request it to be opened. The toilet blocked, and flooded the bathroom floor. Manager 'cleaned' it up with towels. He thought he was done, but I had to insist that he clean the floor properly since it was TOILET WATER on the floor. Cleaners came back to do a rather poor job.

Room was fine, overall. Bathroom okay. Non smoking, that for once did not smell of smoke.

The room was dirty. I found empty chips bags behind the nightstand. The bed cover and carpets all had visible stains/spills. The room did not get wifi. It was full bars in the hallway and nothing when sitting on the beds.

My kid was playing with a ball in the room and it rolled behind the bed. We moved the bed and found drug paraphernalia ( needle, bottle cap with a substance in it. pair of panties that was NOT ours! random wash cloth). So then I pulled the other bed from the wall as well as the night stand and found more concerning items. I understand I didnt pay much and probably shouldnt expect much but at the same time, staff should really consider double checking the rooms. We had only 2 towels when i specifically made sure that i put 4 guests, one of the beds was missing a blanket. The front desk staff were very dead pan, did not greet and got upset that i said i needed 2 more towels.

slightly outdated and a little rundown in the rooms. also the breakfast area isn’t kept stocked and the guests are disgusting pigs but that’s not the hotel’s fault. it looked like a storm swept through this morning in the waffle maker area. the people using it had zero consideration for others and left a mess everywhere while taking all the syrup and waffle mix for themselves. no one needs 6 waffles each. no one.

1.) The sheet and carpets had mystery stains. 2.) They had cockroachs, ants, and bed bugs, the couch was unusable so to it falling apart, there was a hole in the bath tub, the toilet paper holder fell straight out of the wall, none of the bathroom stains worked properly, It was run down in a state of disrepair. 3.) There was no communication between staff,

there was a lot of things broken on the property, The first floor that we stayed on was supposed to be a non-smoking floor but in fact the entire floor was engulfed with cigarette smoke the entire time we were there. The main hallways were dirty and stained. it appeared that people actually live in that apartment and hung out all around the building at all hours of the night. we even had one resident harassing us and we had to get the property manager to take care of the situation. several times during the stay I did not feel safe especially during the evening hours.

The price was decent and the location was good.
