The room was not made up at all when we arrived. It was evening. It was filthy. No maids were on duty, and we were told it should have been made up. I ended up requesting sheets, making the beds. The lady at front desk helped clean with me. We were told this was the last room. Had I not been traveling with someone, and had kids with me, would have went on to somewhere else.

very poor room lighting, no elevator to second floor, some light fixtures had no light bulbs. Evan thought I made reservations the check in clerk was very unprofessional.

The parking lot was filled with people standing around. Some dude yelling at someone on the first floor, banging on a door and cussing up a storm didn't bring the most secure feeling. The hallway carpets were dirty and the security door wasn't secure. Anyone could walk in anytime. Our room door was ajar when we got up there and it didn't lock properly. You could see into the hallway thru the gap of the door. Surprisingly, it was quiet to sleep so that was a plus as that's the only reason to stop here.

The location was good as we were just passing thru and needed a place to stay for the night. I was able to book on the road and it was ready when I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

Room was Hot when we arrived. Desk staff reset the ac because there was no maintenance staff. The door on the cabinet was off and placed behind the cabinet. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.

We had a room with the door in bad condition, the hostess knew about it but still gave us the room. We were unable to open the door and it seemed like a waste of time.

We rented 2 rooms. We hardly had any working outlets in one room, any in the second room the air wasn't working well.

There is NO elevator to the 2nd floor. I had requested a handicapped room and did not have one. Even having a couple of available shower chairs would have made a difference in my stay. Priced with the competition in the area, but lacking some of the facilities and amenities of competitors.

The desk clerk when we checked in was (around 4 pm) was very professional, courteous and helpful. a real asset to the motel. She worked with us to get me on the ground floor, although not the handicapped room I needed. Room was clean, breakfast was plentiful and good,

I have stayed at several Best Western’s and the breakfast was below par. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was not hot in the crockpot. There were no eggs. Only truit we’re apples. No apple juice. Staff made their waffles first before customer.

We were greeted by the front desk and then the phone rang, instead of asking them to hold we had to wait over 5 min to check in. The pool was also about 60 degrees. The hot tub was Luke warm and was at the temperature that the pool should have been at. There were also no towels in the pool area and we didn't want to use our room ones as we were going to shower, but asking for more was inconvenient for them.

There was a bed to sleep in.
