When I arrived to check in they didn't have me with a pre-paid or any reservation. After a small delay they did provide a room. Unfortunately, I had paid for a king size room and got two doubles. But it was late and wasn't important enough. As to the room, the only real down-sides was the bathroom door didn't lock and the shower head was too big for the amount of water pressure available, so was a bit lacking.

Overall nice. I was only there one night.

I was cold and there was no extra bedding. Luckily we had brought lightweight down blankets on our trip so I was able use one of them. Also, my main reason for booking the accessible rooms is that a fridge was mentioned. Perhaps I misunderstood but none was in the room. Coffee at breakfast could be stronger!

Breakfast was adequate for the cost of the room. Large bathroom and king sized bed. An accessible room meant an easy to step into tub for having a shower. Good grab bars in place.

From the time we got there, I noticed the outside was very clean. Then I walked in the lobby and that was very clean as well. There was a coffee station for the guests and the staff was really nice. The room was a nice size, it was clean with ample towels and wash cloths (love that), and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was the door was hard to open and close, but it wasn't a big deal. We also noticed the first night that the tub drain was clogged and would fill up with water when showering. We let housekeeping know the next morning and when we got back later that evening, it had been fixed. We only had breakfast one day while there, but there was a good selection of hot food, and it was pretty good. The location was the best part, there's literally everything you need right there. TGIF is right next door, Giant supermarket is down the street, with tons of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping left our door propped open after cleaning our room and we were gone all day! This could’ve ended badly and was very unprofessional.

Not the Hotels fault but other guests were very rude and loud. The doors to rooms are on the outside so other quest had no consideration that they are loudly yelling as you pass someone room.. and one particular was being loud outside till 1am.... I kept being woken up his voice..... Not cool

The room was nice enough except for the carpet. Had to wear shoes at all times because the carpet was very dirty. I also didn’t realize the room door opened to the outside, not a hallway. However, that might have contributed to the room being quiet.

Needs more security, I got scammed in the parking lot. Vending machines.... just an ice machine. Quite lacking. Since I used Booking.com I was not able to get the AAA discount at check-in.
