Good value for money & heated pool

We had some issues with our locks not working and for traveling females, we were a bit uncomfortable but overall still felt safe enough that we didn't change rooms. Not saying that TVs are important but the ones in our room were older and not able to connect to our phones which we enjoy doing at the end of the night or while getting ready to have our background music on our watch our shows. No smart apps or anything like that but again, not a deal breaker. We also were bummed the hot tub wasn't working when we first got there. They did fix it during our stay but the heat wasn't very hot and the water was very low. It was nice for about 10 min and then the chlorine was too much for us.

The hotel is clean and the staff are great! The room itself is updated but with some old school charm. Not a fan of all the stairs but the property is beautiful and a nice walk thru. We had a double patio in our Queen suite as well and it was very spacious. The bar / restaurant was so cute and the staff there were very helpful. I had a lava cake one night that was extremely delicious! It's convenient location on the metro allows for easy and cheap travel if you want to avoid the pricey Uber fees that we quickly learned would burn through our budget. The showers were great as well and good water pressure which was nice after a long day of walking around.

The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. the staff is very kind and helpful, this is really a strenght for me. The floors have levels that cannot be reached by lift, however the staff was helpful in carrying the suitcases to the floor and also very supportive in providing information. Excellent location, about 30 min walk from Rodeo Drive.

comfortable room, clean and had everything we needed. we ordered room service, which was reasonable and delicious. didn't use the pool or the spa.

The executive room was terrible and after 2 levels upgrade and paying $200 extra per night we were moved to a beautiful king suite

expensive breakfast. kinda hard to get the luggage to the room as the way has some stairs with no other option. a water bottle would be nice to have in the room.

Rooms facing the inner courtyard are a bit dark, you have to use a lamp during the day, some of them do not provide enough privacy.

It doesn’t have elevators that service all the floors so there are stairs that you have to take for certain rooms. The room service prices were too high. The majority of what we ordered we did not like. The quality was more like a frozen food that was reheated. It was definitely not the quality you would expect for a hotel of this stature or the cost of the food.

It was pretty and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

1. The WIFI is not secure so it feel uncomfortable to use it for private communications. It would be nice that with a password provided hotel can provide a bit more secure WIFI connection 2, The hotel charges "Occupancy tax" and also has a parking fee for your Car, but then it is Vale parking and the Vale staff is efficient, polite and very accessible throughout the day so it made us feel OK with parking fee. It was worth it

Room and the hotel is well landscaped within the premises. Our room was well furnished and adequately decorated. Everything was functional.

We loved the hotel! It is located between two beautiful and tranquil neighborhoods Westwood an Beverly Hills. The room was actually a mini apartment with a kitchenette which was very useful. Seems recently refurbished. Would definitely recommend.

The bed in the king suite felt like it needed to be replaced. It sagged in the middle a bit. The location for the queen suite was accessible with a series of stairs and away from the pool area.

The king suite had a beautifully updated bathroom and kitchen. Nicely appointed furniture, old world charm. Very clean. Easy access to the pool. The queen suite was also nicely updated and comfortable

The property could have more options for smokers, for example, a designated area.

The Beverly Hills Plaza is absolutely magnificent! We stayed in suite 610 and totally loved our upgrade. We walked to Rodeo Drive in minutes. The entire neighborhood surrounding the hotel is gorgeous. Very residential, very well maintained and very safe.

There didn’t seem to be a bar or restaurant that was accessible without a reservation.

Staff were fantastic. Facilities were great - pool and hot tub - also kitchen in the suite was very useful
