Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We opted for the cheaper room, however the room is a little small compared to the regular rooms. But no real issue - just learned something new
Even though simple - the breakfast choices were surprisingly many which we did not expect with a free included breakfast. Overall the stay was great, personnel at Check-in counter were very friendly and helpful.

The noise was incredibly disturbing, could hear other travelers surrounding the room. Constant slamming doors, was a big gap under my door so we herd people out in the hallway. The main furnace was connected to this room so everytime it kicked on it shook us. Blankets and pillows could use updating, I always come prepared with my own. The filter needs to be changed in the room furnace, it was affecting our allergies.
The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for travelers with young children. Had a cute bay window seating that could be a bunk for another kid or 2. The shower had excellent water pressure, breakfast had a wide variety of items and even a cappuccino machine! The casino shuttle was another perk and it's the closest to the casino so less of a ride if you used the free service. Over all, the room was clean and it was a great value.

The towels are too small and hotel only gave two small bath towels. The cleaning staff were not very friendly.

In regard to the breakfast area, it really wasn't large enough to accommodate the number of people there. The food area was backed up and there was no room to sit and eat. We had to take our food to our room.
The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The man who oversaw breakfast was particularly excellent; he was attentive, kept the area clean, stocked, and I saw him reaching out and assisting a handicapped lady without her having to ask for help.

Our traveling companion didn't get the accommodations she desired a handicapped walk in shower due to a "blocked room" we couldn't get any explanation of this

Our room was really small for the price, we had 1 Queen bed, bathroom, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Overall, I cannot complain, the pictures on your website are deceiving.
The hotel amd staff were very nice, the breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food. Parking was spacious, hotel smelled fresh and rooms were clean.

We paid a lot of money for just a fair facility. Rooms are very small. Breakfast was poor with limited choices, nothing fresh, no protein. Seems like most places at least offer some fruit and hard boiled eggs.
Our room was clean. Refrigerator had a larger freezer which was great for freezing cooler ice packs.

location at a busy crossroads (31) but not bothered by traffic noise just not attractive location Manistee was a bit of a ghosttown in the evening . Nothing to see on Main street in historic town or riverfront . Were happy to find North Channel Brewing Co on Maple street to have dinner in what seemed to be a popular hang out ! (friendly personnel,good food)
hotel had everything we needed - big parking lot - complementary continental breakfast OK with choices - breakfast room nice and just total clean up before we came - room clean and spacious enough (or did it seem big because of the mirors behind the beds ? haha !) bathroom compact Only a few miles away from the historic town ,the riverfront and the lake (4-7) - good beds (excellent matresses not too hard ,not too soft,just perfect)
