Beds was different than stated on website. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because of the listing of queen size beds which was not the case.

The house was beautiful - we stayed in the master bedroom which was beautiful but the listing said all queen beds and king with sleeper sofa and it was full-size beds which some family was very upset but overall it was good.

Not necessarily outdated but could stand to replace doors and paint over railings and joints where rust is showing

Parking lot is tight, the ac didn’t cool very well, the sink dripped constantly. The beds are hard as a rock.

Location was great and the view was beautiful of the ocean They had free 1/2 bags of ice you could get which was really nice and appreciated

The doors need to be replaced with better sound proof doors because you have to hear the traffic all night. Loud!!!!!! The floors need to be cleaned more often or remove the dirty carpet area from the room. Each room needs it own broom and dust pan.

Have to pay $6.50 for your ice there is no free ice. Have stayed at Holiday Terrace before this place is cleaner better kept up and cheaper.

Very friendly staff. especially at the front desk at check-in. We traded all our towels and wash rags in every morning there is no one to clean your room, but I think that’s a plus don’t have to worry about anything getting stolen. everything seemed to work in our room. It was clean. We stayed there during thunder Beach bike rally. It was quiet, considering no fights no obnoxious people. they marked off the parking lot for bikes to park and a few cars. You have to park across the street but that’s no problem. There’s plenty of parking in there and it’s free. They have coffee made in the morning you can get there is no breakfast bet you very comfortable like Holiday Inn express pools very clean the man cleaned it every morning. The tiki bar was open. Prices is the same everywhere else get your $20 bucket you do have to buy your ice and it’s $6.50 for 18 pounds. There is no carpet in the room, not ours, but it does make it easy to keep the sand up, need to wear shoes gets kind salty Sandy sticky had to wash my feet before I got to bed. Will stay again. Do recommended. and I do like that you can’t have pets.they have a grill outside. They have showers to wash off when you get out of the ocean. I’ve got a big area out there that you can sit and relax .

Floors were GRIMY. We received two wash cloths for the duration of our four night stay and was told replacements were unavailable due to a backup in laundry. Large gap beneath exterior door allowed the maintenance man’s cigarette smoke to enter our non-smoking room. That same maintenance man was heard yelling obscenities and KICKING the door to the room next door a few times on the last day of our stay.

The Maintenance guy is a total Pedophile. He tried to approach my 15 year old sister. I informed the morning shift about him and I hope his gets fired. I advice family who stay there to do aware of him, complete weirdo.

I liked that the hotel was right on the beach. Being able to walk out the back door and be right on the beach as perfect

It is very outdated and doesn’t look like the online pictures. I think these pictures are from when they first opened. It’s not too bad for the price though!

The floor in the room was disgusting and the building needs a lot of work. They also need more parking. They have maybe 10 spots and once they're full (which was always) you have to park all the way across the street and walk which was a hassle with kids and so much to carry.

Overall it was good, great location, beds we're comfortable. The staff was great, clean pool, would stay again.

The hotel was a little outdated, the covers on the beds were really thin. Other than that, everything else was great especially for the price.

Great location, right on the beach!! Staff were friendly & helpful!! We had a bad experience with another guest & before we could even report it, the staff had already found out and came to us with the most support and ready to action.

Tiki bar was closed. One of the reason I picked it.

It was located on the beach during peak season and a reasonable price. Swings facing the beach, heated pool. We decided we would book again. The hotel is located on beach. My photo view from balcony.
