United States of AmericaLocation…this is a terribly run down neighborhood…empty buildings… b panhandled as I was unloading my car…saw homeless in underground garage… if you’re going to have a Hilton in an unsafe part of town you should have 24/7 security outside in the parking lots! Got up twice to look outside to check my car… so although bed was comfortable I didn’t sleep well The toilet paper holder was broken and toilet paper fell out and rolled under the sink😬 the vent above yoilet was dusty and filthy… fridge barely worked Front walkway littered in cigarette butts…entryway was stifling and smelly as was the back door entry

United States of AmericaWe have stayed at this hotel before because my husband works out of town and I come in to New York to visit him. This time was not an enjoyable experience. The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. The best service that we had was at the bistro and the servers there. Other than that the staff is extremely unprofessional. The beds are very uncomfortable and the room was not clean.

United States of AmericaBed sheets were rough, bathroom door doesn't close, bathroom fan didn't work,some outlets didn't work, no microwave,pool staff was rude, kids basically couldn't do anything in the pool without the staff complaining, The pool staff took out the pool vacuum and cleaned the pool while people were in the pool and said the kids couldn't play with the water toys because they didn't clean the pool the previous day ( so decided to clean it then while people were in it ).

United States of Americait was filthy and the front desk was just terrible. Rude unfriendly and unhelpful. I did not hear 1 thank you, hello how are you, welcome NOTHING. My room was disgusting. I had to clean the filthy drawers, the crap spilled down walls, hairs all over bathroom floor and the bed sheet was old as dirt and when I removed the fitted sheet there were yellow stains over the entire mattress cover. when I called the front desk (which by the way this is how every receptionist greeted each call to “front desk” no matter what x of day, not sweet toned either. never: good evening how May I help you or good morning etc.) anyway the woman said there is no one here but “I’ll send somebody with new bedding but your gonna have to help him” I kid you not, I spent $1500. for 6 nites and I need to put clean linens on the bed?! I was fuming. I also filed a complaint with corporate and was told I’d hear from manger in 3 days. of course nothing. I will be calling corporate again. I cud go on but instead I will post all the lovely pictures I took to back up my words.

IndiaThe location is pretty depressing in my opinion. The facilities can do with a lot of upgradation. I saw some of this happening at my floor. The service in restaurant was pretty poor, because of inadequate manpower.
The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.

Elevator dirty with urine smell. Bathrooms in rooms were disgusting. Water in hotel rooms were yellowish/brown. Bedding looked used (not sure if it was or not). Could have stayed in a nicer motel 6. Not worth the price at all!!!!! We used to absolutely love this hotel but it has gone so down hill. Literally in shambles and disgusting
