We really liked everything. Maybe wifi in one room was a little bit slow. Small smell in the hallway near room 152.

Beautiful facilities. Very polite and welcoming personnel. Calmness and piece around the place, including pond. Additional facilities of the coffee machine at the reception, swimming pool, golf, etc. Nice eating places around (Smorgasbord Restaurant, Bird-in-hand bakery & cafe)

There were bottles of half opened water and soda left in our refrigerator. I would have liked to see more handicapped parking spots!

The location was great! We were so happy it wasn't crowded and our floor was quiet! Beds were very firm and comfortable! I will definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean property. Staff is excellent. Right I. The center of beautiful Amish country. Rooms are roomy and spotless. So much to do in Bird-in -hand area.

Con of room: Beds not soo comfy very springy and bathroom a little small!! Property Cons: pool and hot tub can use some TLC… doors leading into hotel at night. Need to lock in hotel keys need to be used to open doors.

I want to start my review off with my thoughts and prayers are with the employees and family of the Bird and Hand Inn. Our first night of our stay their Family Dinner hand a 2 alarm fire after the devastating explosion a month ago! With that said and I actually hate even typing this. Our room was less then a football field away from the diner and we had no clue that it had caught fire over night and slept right through it. The Blackout Curtains really do blackout all the distracting light and from your room at least ours 225 you can not hear any noise from the outside! The room was very clean had a mini fridge, Keurig and microwave. We had the updated room! Property Pros: Staff always happy to see you and great you. Give amazing suggestions on where to go or eat. 2 hour farm tour Verna was amazing love her she always takes you somewhere new. ( Have stayed at a sister property). Two indoor pools and a hot tub. Small arcade. Outside when weather is good they have a small petting zoo, basketball court, walking path around a pond, mini golf and fire pit. Just to name what I seen.

The hot tub was lukewarm.

The restaurant food and staff was top notch. It definitely was a plus staying at the inn with the extra amenities on the grounds.

Leaving! Also, since we booked thru booking.com we were not able to take advantage of our VIP membership. We were also disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open yesterday (Monday).

We have been coming back here for years. We love the location. It is close to the shops and restaurants that we like. We are especially pleased with the inn, the grounds, etc. it is just so comfortable and a”home away from home.”

The bed pillows were too soft and flattened down to nothing. I had to use all 3 under my head. Minor adjustment.

The dinner buffet was outstanding. All offerings were flavorful. The turkey was tender, the mashed potatoes were REAL, the meatloaf was perfect. It is amazing how quickly tables are made ready to keep the wait to a minimum. Everything was well done. Servers work hard so generously tip them! The room was perfect; comfortable bed. Modern bedding. The outdoor pool was refreshing. Location was perfect.

The bed was a little hard so my back hurt at times but it's alright.

I like how there is so much to do on property (feeding animals, golfing, tennis, etc) Great stores around as well.
