The smell was the first thing we noticed it was so pleasant. Very clean staff was nice all in all nice visit.

There wasn't a full length mirror. The breakfast was nice except for the sausage. I think it's just the type that was used. The woman taking care of the breakfast was working hard to keep the area stocked but she was dealing with a large crowd in a 2.5 hour window.

Proximity to the concert venue and food was good. Shuttle service was a very nice feature. Room was quiet and cool and roomy. It was probably about 94° outside. Everyone at the front desk was friendly.

What I did not like is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot, we had to park in a parking lot that was on the side and walk to enter the hotel

Everything was excellent, The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious a different breakfast every day.

The staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. The two young ladies on the desk when I arrived and when I departed, should be cloned. They were exceptional and should be rewarded for the excellent customer service that was provided.

I asked for a handicapped accessible room with a raised toilet because I have difficult getting up from a seat that is really low. I arrive and although the bed was big and roomy, it was almost on the floor and very difficult to raise up from a seated position. The irony of it all and I could not make sense of this situation if I tried.

The only issue we had was that the shower drained VERY slowly. The water stayed at ankle depth... it was kinda gross. For all of the niceties within the rest of the experience, it was a very odd issue to face.

Breakfast was full and hot. There were many choices and the dining area was clean. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and quick to respond, and the pool was warm and relaxing. We requested an early check in and the request was honored without hesitation.

The hairdryer was broken and started smoking and trying to catch fire. I took it to the desk and the young man offered to take a replacement up to my room. I told him I'd pick it up at the desk when I returned that evening. When I returned no one was at the desk so I went up and went to sleep. Someone knocked on my door and woke me and had a key and opened my door. This terrified me and I called the desk to ask why someone had a key to my door. Also I had the do not disturb hanger on the door. I got no answer from guest services. Eventually I fell back to sleep. When I was going down for breakfast upon opening my door the hairdryer was hanging there- I believe it must've been placed there by the staff and likely even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door they felt that it was vital to my stay that I have that dryer in the morning---it was not. They should've rung the room to see if I had come in and would like them to bring the dryer up or come down and get it rather than terrifying me by opening my door while I was sleeping. Fortunately I had the extra security lock on. Also when trying to get to the elevator to leave housekeeping had the entire hallway blocked with their cart and trash. While trying to carry my bags since the trolley carts were all in use, I had to try not to trip over the obstacles- I will attach photo. And lastly- there is mold growing in the shower.

Found hair and dust in the bathroom. Refrigerator was wobbly for some reason(Rm 518). Parking not very convenient.

When I booked the room was 154 then when I got the hotel the price was 275 so some how the price went up 100+ dollars after it was booked so I was bamboozled

The only thing I noticed was when we stepped off the elevator a super strong smell of “carpet fresh” as we walked to our rooms the smell diminished.
