You can't have such feelings without humans.. The bed is not comfortable that much, the room facilities were very old, no microwave, no iron, no table to use to eat your food. Using different pass codes for each gate is a really awful experience. You need to memorise 3 different pass codes, which is redeculis.
It was clean, and the system was great without any human interaction. The parking was good and had enough space for all cars, decoration is decent.

But after that night, I’m not so sure. First small issue was the TV in my room didn’t want to connect to the home wifi so I couldn’t watch anything. Biggest issue was I was in room 101, which is the first room from the entrance. I never thought myself a light sleeper but I was woken up countless times due to being able to hear EVERYTHING in the hallway/stairwell when people came in and out at all hours of the night. People are either loud or sound travels awfully in that building. I maybe slept all of 3 hours. Otherwise I was up until around 4am because of the constant chatter of people laughing and stumbling in after being out all night.
The location was great, and I loved how secure it felt. The room itself was perfect and the bed was so comfy.

The hotel is located in a pleasant mainly residential area with nearby tram that got us into Union Station area in about 15 mins. Much easier than driving. Pool was nice. Rooms were nice and large.

Just for the hotel's staff, my recommendation is that you add the streetcar stop as part of the description of the hotel, and inform the guests of it, so those that are not aware of it can use it.
The place is amazing for the value it has. I strongly recommend anyone wanting to spend only a couple of days in Dallas to go here, specially if you intend to visit downtown. The price range vs what is offered is amazing (specially since you have gated parking), the staff is great, and something that is not informed (and I honestly think it should) is that no more than 2 block away there's a streetcar stop that takes you downtown for free every 20 min. Strongly recommended for those looking for a place to stay while visiting downtown

The room was very nicely decorated, much nicer than the chain hotels. It was very clean & the A/C worked great with the Nest thermostat which I have never seen in a hotel before! The bathroom even had a heated toilet seat! I was there for a one night event but I would absolutely book there again!
