Not much to say - it was a great hotel, although the restaurant closes too early

This hotel has the best beds and pillows ever! After staying at the Blake we went to a 4-star hotel more pricey and I can say the Blake was a better option for a cheaper price! Very comfortable and spacious room, walk distance from important places in the Loop. Also has a restaurant attached to the hotel with great breakfast options

I can’t think of anything. As mentioned before, I thought hotel parking was a bit pricey compared to lot parking - $50 would have been far better.

When I checked in, Selena was working the front desk she answered so my questions. The bellmen showed how to get to the passport offices. They were so kind and professional! Selena also worked on my departure day and told me I could leave my bags in “that” room and leave my vehicle parked until 5 pm. The service was great, my bag was always there ahead of me. While the parking was a bit pricey, I rather keep vehicle in a covered location. I will be back!

The location is honestly so great, we ended up walking everywhere close by (max 30 min distance) and took the trains for anywhere else, which was not a problem for our group since the hotel is really close to a lot of stations. The cafe they have was really good, and above all their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend!

This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The staff were all so nice. The building itself is lovely, and the room was very comfortable. I enjoyed all the extra seating downstairs too. It was a great location, and I hope to return one day. Michael was especially kind and helpful to us!

Everything was perfect

The hotel is great located hotel to explore the city, near the metro station. The room was clean and large, with great view. The staff is very polite and helpful. We asked for an adaptor and it was provided with a refundable charge.

I did not like two things about the location of our room: First, it was apparently directly above the cafe, and the smell of cooking traveled to the room early in the morning. Second, our room faced the corner of Jackson and Dearborn streets, and it exceptionally noisy during the night and early morning hours. In case I decide to stay in the hotel again, I will request a room that is located in a different part of the hotel.

I liked the our room’s size and design, not the location ( I made some comments below. ) Breakfast food was ok, not great. We really enjoyed complimentary iced water and coffee, which surpassed the coffee in the cafe in taste!

Location and staff were amazing. The value was fantastic as well. The only complaint was the diner Meli’s connected to the hotel had the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. It was very pricy and the eggs/meals were flavorless and overcooked.
