The bathroom was a bit small, but it's just an older building so not a big deal.

Beach front with easy access, swimming pool with shower for rinsing off sand, and nice staff.

The front desk people were very friendly, but we never got our trash emptied. We had to carry it to the trashcan on the sixth floor balcony area and we didn’t get our sheets changed and we were there for three nights with Sandy feet. The floor was never swept.

I loved that it had a pool and total access to the beach behind it. Parking was good and it was easy to find.

Door being pounded on at 10:45 by house keeping. 11 am is check out. Bed not very comfortable, kind of sunk in the middle.

Main door did not have the fit and finish you may like. I had to close the door then pull the door slightly to get the dead bolt to engage. Why the trash bin is cable tied to the end of the balcony was annoying because hard to take pictures of the ocean without the can in the picture.

Good checkin. Excellent remodel on the bathroom. Clean. Did not smell funny. Plenty of parking. Nice walk to beach. Pool looked ok but too cold that day to use.

We knew before we arrived that there would be a pet fee, so we stopped and got cash for the pet fee and security deposit before checking in. Once we got there, though, I was told that there was also a resort fee, ON TOP OF, the pet fee. Now, when I booked this room, Booking stated that there are no hidden fees. So I checked all over and could not find anything listed about a resort fee. I had already paid for the room prior to arrival. Otherwise, I would have left. In total, when I booked the room, I was charged $374.60. Once I arrived, there was another fee for the "resort" and pet fee of $112. Meaning I paid, in total, $486.60 for three nights. Was it worth it? No. For that price, we could have stayed at a much nicer resort. Booking definitely needs to add that they may charge a resort fee upon check-in! The room was great, the price was not! We look for clean and affordable when traveling. It was clean, but most definitely not worth almost $500!

The location was great, on the beach, and close(ish) to the boardwalk. Our room was renovated and very clean! The bed could have been a little better, but honestly, we've gotten used to that with staying at multiple motels throughout our travels. Staff was very friendly, and we had someone come by and ask if we needed any new towels or anything every day.

When we arrive our room floor wasn’t clean properly it was some sand all over the floor from whoever previously stayed. Bathroom wasn’t clean either but we manage to bring some things to clean up.

The room was mediocre. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. The furniture was quite scratched up. But the room and linens were clean. The bed comfort was so so, but not horrible. The place just needs updating.

Loved the staff! They were all great and friendly ☺️. And the view was nice. The property was pretty clean.

The property is just old. The door to my room was unbelievably loud and didn’t close all the way.

So so close to the beach. The staff at the counter, for check in and check out, were excellent.
