The elevator was old and needed to be fix the price online states 140 per night but we paid 350.00 for bogus charges when we got there

Enforcing the no smoking including marijuana. My husband and I both had headaches at night if we tried to enjoy our balcony due to the strong smell of marijuana. We tried to enjoy the hot tub and there were people out there smoking as well. Your facility reeks of “weed”! We will not return.

Came for jacuzzi to wine down. But didn't get in it Lobby was tacky

Could have new doors leading into rooms

Location super easy and at the start of the strip. Hotel front check in was fast and friendly. Hotel is older but remodeled. Firm bed it was good for a one night stay ONLY. Not bad I had a ocean view room towards captain cove resort and the had a DJ Saturday night it was really nice.

Not enough Karoake. Beds weren’t too comfortable. The DJ left too early. The elevators didn’t work properly

The hotel that had the bowling activities and breakfast the hotel Blue usually sends us to was closed down due to a fire. And we had a fire alarm go off interrupting our relaxation.

The promotion team called me the week before I came and offered me a free stay if I toured another property. They didn’t rescinded the offer because I didn’t make enough money. I was obviously able to afford this trip. But being disqualified from a free promotion based on my income has ensured that I will be staying elsewhere on my next visit.

It was clean and well maintained. House keeping kept us supplied with clean towels. Overall it was great.

The housekeeping was a little behind we didn't get towels 2 times that they told me they would be delivered also the fact that when you arrive and write down your guests names they just give them access to keys to the rooms just by showing ID instead of it being under the person who booked the room. There was someone who came with us and caused some trouble and was asked to leave by the police and he came back in the middle of the night and the staff just gave him another key without asking for approval or anything from me. That I was not okay with.

Loved the rooms very comfortable air works great in the suites. Had 3 rooms 1 king ocean front, 1 king ocean view suite, and a 2 bedroom suite that fit everyone we had just fine. Loved that they all had their own kitchens and cooking utensils and dining items. The swim up bar was also very nice and the fact that we had access to captains quarters 2 hotels down.

The kitchen was lacking essential kitchen items like silverware. Would have been nice to be equipped with a broom and dust pan. I’m ok with no room service just would be nice to be supplied with a basic cleaning item to keep the room clean.

Lifeguard was amazing. The young lady that checked us in was super sweet and helpful.
