We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom has sewer flies. The shower water pressure wasn’t very good. To close the bathroom door you have to wedge yourself between the tub and toilet. The tv remote only worked part of the time

But some staff members were kind of rude and were either always on their cell phones or they would help someone else that was there after I had been waiting for assistance.

United States of Americathis is the second time that I've used booking.com, and no more. Both times I requested a king accessible room and didn't get it. The first time, I at least got a downstairs room, double queen. this time, I got a room that was king, but on the second floor. I do not do well on stairs at all. smokers like to congregate on the stairs-stairwells, talking loudly.

United States of AmericaIt was advertised about free breakfast . But when I checked into the hotel , they told me due to covid there was no free breakfast . The breakfast was a good reason to reserve a room at that hotel . There was no small wash cloths to shower with . The toilet paper didn't look like it had gotten changed out . The walls were pretty thin , in the room next to me , unsure which . I smelt weed being smoked . Unsure why but the live TV kept going off for the time it was being used .
The heater was already on when first walking into the room , the lodge is really close to places to eat along with Walgreens . So location was nice . The microwave in the room was nice as well was able to get some microwavable food at night when everything else was closed .
