Checking in with an online call was a bit awkward. The line was not good and the machine could not read my driver's license. The place it is a bit old, but that was mentioned in the comments from previous guests. Un update will make it wonderful.

The place on the beach is fantastic, you need a third floor room to enjoy the ocean view. The room was very clean and the hotel personnel very kind.

Rooms could use a little TLC - tired looking. The heater didn't seem to be working properly. Indoor pool was very cold.

No continental breakfast. Was not advised in advance that a daily dog fee of $25 would be charged at check-in. The windows were damaged and we could not see thru them. No Kleenex. No lid for ice bucket. Coffee brew was extremely weak.... like drinking water.

Although an old facility, the price was great the room was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We loved the balcony, sunrise view, and easy beach access!!

We were told a maid would come by and never did, no big deal. There was construction on the outdoor pool that started at 8am sharp outside our room. Understandable, but somewhat annoying. Honestly all of that was ok, but the beds were killing us. Full, not queens, and super hard (but that is a preference thing!!). Overall, still would go back.

The people at the front desk are lovely, the view is fantastic, the pool and jacuzzi are clean and as pictured, the rooms are clean and as pictured.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong, pungent odor, I'm assuming cleaning supplies, should try another scent/brand because it did linger until dark.

The towels were very dingy. They smelled okay but should be bleached white. We did not use them. The screen door did not shut properly and had no screens.Its nice to hear the ocean. Also maybe the pool could be open a little later.

The room was nice. It had many amenities. The swans on the bed was a nice touch. The price was not bad and the view is amazing. The staff was polite.

The only thing that I would change about this place is a new lock on our door because we had to fidget with it for a good minute to get it to lock properly but it wasn’t really a big deal we got it locked after pushing the door in a little

I honestly loved everything about this property. The staff was very welcoming, the stairs are honestly not as bad as other reviews make it seem. The room has everything you would basically need, dishes, dish soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner, fridge, stove, tv, balcony, great lighting. They also have a good amount of outlets if you have multiple things to charge. The pool is very nice also we only got to enjoy the hot tub this time but it is definitely worth testing out! Will definitely be back for another stay!

When we arrived to our room, we noticed an awful smell. We called the office and they came and sprayed air freshener and stuffed towels in the cracks of the adjoining room to our room. The smell was from our neighbor using/smoking Marijuana. We asked for another room, but we're told they were booked up and we could move to another room for one night, but the next night we wouldn't have anywhere to stay. The staff said they would speak with the guests from next to us and remind them that they should not be smoking, but We noticed the smell again the next day and that night also. We were told that since we made reservations through booking.com, we would have to contact them if we left and didn't stay , if we wanted to ask about getting reimbursed. This made our stay here not very enjoyable in this sense.

Number one complaint is the pillows. Was barely better than using folded up tee shirts from the gift shop across the street. They were flat and lifeless and we woke with stiff necks. Other than that, anything I would complain about actually gives the place some charm. The bathroom door is swollen from the moisture and doesn't quite close all the way so you need to have good communication with anyone you're staying with.

Absolute top of the list of things I like is the view. It's difficult to overstate how breathtaking the view of the ocean is right from the balcony. I will add that the view from the third floor is the best as it is above the small dune that shelters the hotel from the ocean. I also love that the rooms run the width of the building, offering views of both the sunrise and sunset and comfortable chairs on each side. We spent the extra few dollars to get the room with the hot tub. After a full day of walking, this was a welcome treat to relax in before heading to bed. Only recommend two people in this tub if they are exceptionally comfortable with being entwined with each other. There is a full kitchen so you can go to the market and buy some food rather than waiting hours to get into any of the good eateries during the busy season. Hands down, this is the best way to stay at the beach on a budget.

Nothing, truly. Everything about the hotel worked perfectly for us.

Our back door would not work with key manager said he would fix it,he did not.there was a major plumbing problem in whole place again manager did not keep us informed we had to keep calling to find out when fixed..needs some paint and updating..and fill the soap dispensers if you are going to have them.

Location is nice on beach,can walk to pier and restraunts.has frig and stove and there are some kitchen supplies..large enuff room for a small family and a few days at beach.
